★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vendedora é super agradável e soube vender muito bem, porém na hora de pagar fui tratada com grosseria pela gerente Renata, acho que ela não estava muito feliz por ter passado um pouco do horário dela.
Mais eu não tenho culpa dela ter que trabalhar até as 23h na época de Natal, eu estava comprando e só queria ser tratada com respeito no mínimo. E escutei ela falando que esses clientes acham que a loha fica até meia noite e rindo com a vendedora dos clientes.
The seller is super nice and knew how to sell very well, but when I was paying I was treated rudely by the manager Renata, I think she was not very happy because she was a little past her time.
But it's not my fault that she has to work until 11pm at Christmas time, I was shopping and just wanted to be treated with respect at the very least. And I heard her saying that these customers think that loha stays until midnight and laughing with the customer's salesperson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, perguntei pra atendente o valor de uma camiseta infantil, ela passou preço errado, depois que paguei notei a diferença no valor, a caixa e outras 2 pessoas que estavam no balcão disseram que como estava o valor correto na etiqueta, o fato da atendente ter falado o valor errado não significava nada, afinal ela é nova! Falei que estava me sentindo lesada, afinal a diferença era de quase 50%, mas continuaram indiferentes, como eu estava com pressa, paguei e saí da loja, mas com certeza não volto mais, é o que posso fazer, já que a loja não se importa com o cliente...
