A senhora do caixa me deixou esperando por duas vezes, porquê priorizou outro cliente que entrou na loja muito depois de mim.
O atendimento a esse cliente já estava sendo feito pela vendedora.
Eu, com o cartão na mão para pagar, ela saiu do caixa (por duas vezes) me senti muito mal, talvez ele gaste bem na loja, e eu só estava comprando uma bolsa de R$ 125,00 reais.
Fui embora sem a bolsa.
Foi no dia 24/04/21, por volta das 15 h.
Nunca mais entro na Hering de Mongaguá.
Terrible.
The cashier lady kept me waiting twice, because she prioritized another customer who came into the store long after me.
The service to this customer was already being done by the seller.
I, with the card in hand to pay, she left the cashier (twice) I felt really bad, maybe he spends well in the store, and I was just buying a bag of R $ 125.00 reais.
I left without the bag.
It was on 24/04/21, around 15 h.
I will never enter Hering de Mongaguá again.
