★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja dia 26/01/22 a vendedora Thais me atendeu muito bem, comprei 2 bermudas masculinas e 1 shorts branco 44, no outro dia fui trocar o shorts branco que não serviu, a vendedora informou que não tinha mais e que iam ver com o fornecedor, me deu um vale p aguardar, porém ontem a vendedora informou que não tinha e era p eu trocar p outra mercadorias, informei que não pois eu realmente só comprei devido ser a bermuda branca e pedi então p devolver o dinheiro pago,então o proprietário da loja Sr Rodrigo Mártines me ligou sendo muito ofensivo, gritando, fiquei horrorizada, como pode uma pessoa se diz o proprietário tratar dessa maneira o cliente, sei dos meus direitos mas p evitar maior transtorno resolvi pegar o shorts 44 mesmo,
Imagina como esse Senhor deve tratar as pessoas e funcionários ao seu lado, que triste nenhum momento eu tratei mal ou fui grossa ,
Acredito que esse Senhor deveria fazer um curso de como tratar as pessoas com devida educação.
Muito decepcionada .
Péssimo atendimento
I was at the store on 01/26/22 the seller Thais served me very well, I bought 2 men's shorts and 1 white shorts 44, the other day I went to change the white shorts that didn't fit, the saleswoman informed that she didn't have any more and that they were going to see with the supplier, he gave me a voucher to wait, but yesterday the saleswoman informed me that she didn't have it and it was for me to exchange it for other goods, I informed that no because I really only bought it because it was the white shorts and then asked to return the money paid, so the store owner Mr Rodrigo Mártines called me being very offensive, shouting, I was horrified, how can a person say that the owner treats the customer this way, I know my rights but to avoid further inconvenience I decided to get the 44 shorts anyway,
Imagine how this gentleman must treat the people and employees by his side, how sad I never treated badly or was rude,
I believe that this gentleman should take a course on how to treat people with proper education.
Very disappointed .
