 I bought a wonderful print dress! Go out to dinner with her friends. Getting there! One of the guests was wearing her shirt too! We are the charcota and jokes all night hated never buy a dress there again! This is for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao trocar o vestido de linho branco que ganhei de presente e pela etiqueta era 159.90 devido ao mesmo ter ficado apertado, então fui a loja da Hering do Litoral Plaza Shopping e a gerente falou que o vestido era antigo e que nem podia trocar, mas ia fazê-lo pelo valor de 79,00. Achei isso um absurdo, pois eu não tenho obrigação de saber se é coleção nova ou não do que foi dado de presente. Fiquei muito constrangida e não tive alternativa senão trocar pelo valor que ela falou que era. Sinceramente não compro mais nada da Hering devido a esse constrangimento e avisei minha e todos os meus parentes pra não me dar mais nada da Hering. Achei um péssimo atendimento e as palavras dela foram desnecessárias.
When I changed the white linen dress I got as a gift and the tag was 159.90 because it was too tight, so I went to the Hering do Litoral Plaza Shopping store and the manager said the dress was old and I couldn't even change it, but I was going do it for 79.00. I thought this was absurd, because I have no obligation to know if it is a new collection or not of what was given as a gift. I was very embarrassed and had no choice but to exchange it for the amount she said it was. I honestly don't buy anything from Hering anymore due to this embarrassment and I told my and all my relatives not to give me anything more from Hering. I thought it was terrible service and her words were unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive na loja assim que abriu e um vendedor veio me atender e pedi para ver blusa Polo masculina e entrou uma moça e o vendedor foi atendê-la e me deixou falando sozinha. Fiquei muito chateada pq sempre estive nessa loja e sempre fui muito bem atendida.
Today I was in the store as soon as it opened and a salesman came to meet me and I asked to see a men's Polo shirt and a girl came in and the salesman went to meet her and left me talking to myself. I was very upset because I was always in this store and I was always very well attended.

A loja alegou que estava 29, e não sabia o motivo deste valor.
Se eu não tivesse guardado a nota, teria um prejuízo.
E o pior, se a pessoa que ganhou a camiseta, tivesse ido trocar, sem saber do valor, outro prejuízo.
O que está totalmente errado pelos direitos do consumidor.
Pelo o que li de avaliação, está loja tem este costume.
Consumidor fiquem atentos e guardem suas notas fiscais.
O atendimento foi péssimo para realizar a trocar.
@hering, precisa respeitar os diretores do consumidor!!!
I bought a t-shirt for 79, and had to exchange it.
The store claimed it was 29, and did not know the reason for this value.
If I hadn't kept the note, I would have been at a loss.
And the worst, if the person who won the shirt, had gone to exchange, without knowing the value, another loss.
Which is totally wrong for consumer rights.
From what I've read from the review, this store has this custom.
Consumer stay tuned and keep your invoices.
The service was terrible to carry out the exchange.
@hering, you need to respect consumer directors!!!
