★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei a documentação para transferência de propriedade desde 4 de dezembro e sequer recebo qualquer e-mail ou comunicação... Serviço péssimo além de cobrar para isso... Serviço péssima e te forçam a utilizar um despachante e pagar pelo serviço... Lamentável...

Pelo aplicativo e pelo site do detran dá erro e aparece a mensagem para comparecer pessoalmente e quando vamos pessoalmente há a recusa no atendimento sob a alegação que o agendamento é somente pelo site. Mesmo mostrando a mensagem de erro que pede o comparecimento pessoal os funcionários não atendem, falta só dizer: Se vire! O problema não é só de sistemas informáticos e sim de tratamento humano e bom senso.
Impossible to get an appointment. The app and the website of the DMV gives an error and the message appears to appear in person and when we go in person there is a refusal to attend under the allegation that the appointment is only through the site. Even showing the error message that asks for personal attendance the employees do not answer, we just need to say: Turn around! The problem is not only with computer systems, but with humane treatment and common sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se consegue finalizar os serviços no portal do Poupatempo (DETRAN). Faço todo passo a passo e no final sempre apresenta algum problema. Desta vez, aparece " as informações não puderam ser processadas. Tente mais tarde". E assim vc fica o dia inteiro tentando e sempre a mesma informação.
It is not possible to complete the services on the Poupatempo portal (DETRAN). I do everything step by step and in the end there is always a problem. This time, "the information could not be processed. Please try later" appears. And so you spend the whole day trying to get the same information.

I try to schedule my CNH renewal via internet r change of address but I NEVER manage to put the system is always unavailable. The service is regrettable! It's in the chipped stone age!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento nota 10 do Poupatempo em todos os serviços, não tenho nada a reclamar. Quem reclama dos poupatempos em SP não sabem o que estão falando. Instigo aos mesmos irem em repartições de outras UF.

Agentes da Setran: 46399 e 46091, condutas inadequada e impróprias. Já informadas para a própria ouvidoria da SETRAN e prefeitura de praia grande e ninguém toma providências, muito menos apuram os fatos. É necessário uma auditoria/ Investigação na SETRAN.
Disappointing!!!!
Setran agents: 46399 and 46091, inappropriate and improper conduct. They have already been informed by the SETRAN ombudsman and the Praia Grande city hall and no one takes action, much less investigate the facts. An audit/Investigation is required at SETRAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seja presencial, telefone ou aplicativo no Detran não se resolve NADA! Os funcionários não tem culpa de terem que trabalhar usando um sistema falho e lento. Acho cômico o fato de tentar resolver os b.o no Detran e nunca consegui devido ao sistema, mas as multas com poucos dias caem no sistema e em minutos o boleto já está disponível pra pagamento ??
Whether in person, phone or application at the DMV, nothing is solved! Employees are not to blame for having to work using a glitchy and slow system. I find it comical that I tried to solve the b.o in the Detran and I never managed to due to the system, but the fines with a few days fall into the system and in minutes the boleto is already available for payment ??
