★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio desta informar o descaso com o Academia, pois está constante faltando água nos banheiros (feminino e masculino). A situação de limpeza dos banheiros também chama atenção. Em um deles (masculino), a parede carece de limpeza de azulejos dos banhos e há infiltração no ar-condicionado constantemente que fica pingando no chão, deixando o mesmo uma sujeira imensa que dificulta tomarmos banho e nos arrumar aos retorno dos nossos trabalhos, sem falar no calor absurdo por conta de um parelho de ar-condicionado antigo.
 I hereby inform you of the neglect with the Academy, as there is a constant lack of water in the bathrooms (female and male). The cleanliness of the bathrooms is also noteworthy. In one of them (male), the wall lacks cleaning of tiles from the baths and there is infiltration in the air conditioning that is constantly dripping on the floor, leaving the same immense dirt that makes it difficult for us to shower and get ready when returning from our work, without talk about the absurd heat on account of an old air conditioning unit.

Infelizmente a academia não vem informando sobre indisponibilidade de água, principalmente para os alunos que vão em horário de almoço e precisam retornar ao trabalho, sendo indispensável o uso do chuveiro. A academia confirma que tem água e quando chega lá se surpreende de que não tem... precisamos de mais comprometimento da empresa com seus alunos.

Os instrutores do período da noite são bem atenciosos, isso é muito importante pra mim que tenho pouco tempo que frequento academias. O plano cabe no bolso, mas é importante que você tenha aproximadamente R$ 1200 livres no limite do cartão, pois é cobrado um ano parcelado em 12 vezes. Segundo eles, caso você desita antes, vai pagar um mês de multa e as parcelas restantes são estornadas.
