No dia 07/12, levei meu filho (autista) para fazer o Bera, fiz a ficha na recepção informando todos os dados pessoais, junto com a ficha de encaminhamento que também continham esses dados, porém o exame não pode ser realizado pois deveria ser com sedação e vocês não fazem, mesmo assim a médica tentou fazer, sem sucesso. O Exame foi remarcado para dia 20/12 às 10h, fiz vários procedimentos para garantir que o meu filho adormecesse durante o exame, chegamos na clínica antes das 7h, entreguei o documento do meu Filho e somente as 8:30h fui informada de que a máquina estava quebrada e o exame não poderia ser realizado e que não me ligaram por que não tinham meu telefone...Oi???? Como assim não tem o telefone?? E somente uma hora e meia depois é que lembram que a máquina estava quebrada e avisam que fomos atoa? Ainda que fosse verdade não justifica, pois poderiam ligar para a Central de regulação que faz a marcação da prefeitura e iam obter meu contato... enfim, um absurdo e falta de respeito com um paciente, embora seja um atendimento pelo SUS, mais estão recebendo pelo mesmo. Mais infelizmente o tratamento não foi o mesmo dado aos demais que estavam fazendo exames através de Empresas, não é mesmo?
Obs. Saímos de Anchieta, às 4h, no transporte da Prefeitura, para um exame marcado às 10h...eventualidades acontecem como no primeiro atendimento, mais o erro no segundo foi lamentável, total desrespeito e descaso, falta empatia nas pessoas!!!!!

On 12/07, I took my son (autistic) to take the Bera, I made the form at the reception stating all the personal data, along with the referral form that also contained these data, but the exam could not be performed as it should be with sedation and you don't do it, even so the doctor tried to do it, without success. The exam was rescheduled for 12/20 at 10:00 am, I performed several procedures to ensure that my son fell asleep during the exam, we arrived at the clinic before 7:00 am, I handed over my Son's document and only at 8:30 am I was informed that the machine was broken and the exam could not be performed and they didn't call me because they didn't have my phone...Hi???? What do you mean you don't have the phone? And only an hour and a half later do they remember that the machine was broken and let them know that we were for nothing? Even if it was true, it doesn't justify it, as they could call the regulation center that makes the appointment at the city hall and they would get my contact... anyway, an absurdity and lack of respect for a patient, although it is a service provided by the SUS, more are getting paid for the same. More unfortunately, the treatment was not the same given to others who were taking exams through Companies, right?
Obs. We left Anchieta, at 4 am, in the City Hall transport, for an exam scheduled at 10 am...eventualities happen as in the first service, but the error in the second one was regrettable, total disrespect and neglect, people lack empathy!!! !!
