★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um nobreak com eles, além de ótimo atendimento garantia cumprida, tive um problema com o equipamento, defeito de fábrica fui lá trocar eles me deram maior atenção trocaram no mesmo dia, estão de parabéns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei 4 por enquanto pelo atendimento. Eles te levam até o laboratório e o profissional abre o PC na sua frente pra fazer o diagnóstico do problema. Se vc não for leigo, aínda é melhor pra vc tirar dúvidas com ele sobre os componentes internos

O pior é que, quanto eu entrava em contato, não me respondiam ou informavam que iriam retornar em breve e não retornavam. Resultado: busquei o note após aguardar o 3º dia sem qualquer orçamento ou explicação da loja.
I left my notebook for maintenance and did not meet the agreed deadlines for budget. The worst thing is that, when I got in touch, they did not answer me or inform me that they would return soon and did not return. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não atendem telefone, não respondem mensagem,pegaram meu notebook pra consertar dia 18 de Maio e só foram me devolver hoje dia 3/06 dizendo não ter conserto.
Não recomendo a ninguém,atendentes arrogantes tanto presencialmente quanto por telefone.
Terrible service, they don't answer the phone, don't answer messages, they took my notebook to fix it on May 18th and only returned it to me today, 3/06 saying they didn't have a fix.
Do not recommend to anyone, arrogant attendants both in person and over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e sem respeito com os clientes. Pegaram meu notebook dia 10/03 e só devolveram hoje no dia 20/04 e mesmo assim foi uma luta para que me entregassem. Enrolaram por mais de duas horas para entregarem. Fora que dificilmente respondiam ao whatsapp e quando respondiam falavam que iriam ver como estava a situação e ficava por isso mesmo e não atendiam o telefone. Só dou uma estrela pois não posso dar menos.
Bad service and no respect for customers. They took my notebook on the 10/03th and only returned it today on the 20/04th and even then it was a struggle for them to deliver it to me. It took more than two hours to deliver. Apart from that they hardly responded to whatsapp and when they responded they said that they would see how the situation was and that was it and did not answer the phone. I only give one star because I can't give less.
