Critérios “duvidosos” de cobrança no encerramento do contrato. Em plena pandemia aplicou integralmente as cláusulas de rescisão antecipada de contrato, em total falta de empatia ao momento crítico e de força maior. Além disso, adotou postura contestável ao cobrar mora por atraso durante o período em que transcorria a negociação de encerramento. Mesmo sendo provocada e alertada para o vencimento, demorou dias para responder (negativamente) ao pleito, mas considerou todo o período para cálculo da mora nos boletos. Ou seja, rigorosa nos seus interesses e injusta com o cliente.

In the middle of a pandemic, it fully applied the clauses of early termination of the contract, in total lack of empathy for the critical moment and force majeure. In addition, it adopted a contestable stance when charging late payments during the period in which the closing negotiation was taking place. Even though it was provoked and alerted to expiration, it took days to respond (negatively) to the claim, but considered the entire period for calculating the arrears in the slips. That is, strict in its interests and unfair to the customer.
