De tanto ser recomendado por um amigo, resolvi conhecer o lugar. A surpresa já começa pela revitalização do local em si que, depois da reforma - havia já algum tempo que não entrava na BR Mania do Hiper Posto Iguatemi - ficou mais amplo e agradável.
O cardápio do Hiper Japa, é bem sortido mas o Sushiman não se fez de rogado quando perguntei se não teria uma mistura de sabores que gosto. Prontamente se ofereceu para preparar o que eu quisesse, independente de esta ou não no cardápio. Preferi confiar no que ele oferecia e pedi, para sair da minha zona de conforto, algo que não estou acostumado. Minha esposa fez o mesmo e realmente fomos presenteados com um temaki bem preparado, peças bem cortadas e sabor excelente.
Entrou para minha lista de "lugares para frequentar".

Being so recommended by a friend, I decided to know the place. The surprise already begins with the revitalization of the place itself that, after the renovation - it had not been entering the Mania do Hiper Post Iguatemi for some time - became wider and more pleasant.
Hiper Japa's menu is very assorted but Sushiman was not made to beg when I asked if I would not have a mix of flavors that I like. Promptly offered to prepare whatever I wanted, regardless of whether or not on the menu. I preferred to trust what he offered and asked, to get out of my comfort zone, something I'm not used to. My wife did the same and we were actually presented with a well prepared temaki, well cut pieces and excellent taste.
