O salmão com nhoque de banana da terra estava um delícia, já o miolo de alcatra poderia ter outros acompanhamentos para ressaltar o sabor do prato, a exemplo de um fettucine com molho branco, um purê de aipim ou purêde banana da terra, o arroz ou o macarrão servido pelo restaurante são muito simples para um restaurante desse porte.
