★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tinha tudo do rodízio , não achei um ambiente limpo . Salvou o ótimo atendimento da garçonete . Acho que deveria ser avisado antes de iniciar o rodízio que não tem tudo o que está na comanda .
I didn't have everything on the rotation, I didn't find a clean environment. It saved the waitress great service. I think you should be warned before starting the rotation that you do not have everything in charge.

Ganhamos fama em criticas negativas que são divertidas de escrever e ler, mas a dura realidade que nós críticos devemos encarar ,é que no quadro geral a mais simples porcaria talvez seja mais significativa do que a nossa critica.
Mas as vezes em que um critico arisca de fato alguma coisa, mas quando descobri defende uma novidade.
O mundo costuma ser hostil aos novos talentos as novas criações, o novo precisa ser incentivado.
Ontem a noite experimentei algo novo,prato extraordinario de uma fonte inesperadamente singular.
Dizer que tanto o prato, quanto quem fez desafiam minha persepição sobre gastronomia é extremamente superficial.
Eles conseguiram abalar meu paladar.
No passado eu não fazia segredo ao meu desdem do chef Gusteau's 'Qualquer um pode cozinhar',mas eu percebo do agora eu compreendo realmente do que ele queria dizer.
Nem todos podem se tornar grandes artistas , mas um grande artista pode vir de qualquer lugar.
É difícil imaginar a origem mais humilde do que desse génio que agora cozinha no restaurante Gusteau's , que na opinião desse critico nada menos do que o melhor chefe da França.
Eu voltarei ao Gusteau's em breve com muita fome!.
