★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar maravilhoso! Dentro do shopping metrô Tatuapé, você compra e lá mesmo come, existe um espaço no fundo da loja mesmo (espaço express) da pra você comer bater papo com os amigos, bem aconchegante. Típica loja do Japão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuem diversos produtos importados, mas alguns bem mais caros que a unidade Hirota Supermercados Tatuapé. Essa loja do shopping em si passou a não aceitar mais cobrar bebidas alcoólicas em nenhum vale refeição. Por várias vezes presenciei pessoas passando cerveja e outros destilados sem nenhum problema e hoje informaram no caixa que não aceitam mais. Quando questionei, fui orientada que são regras dessa unidade, mas que realmente não se aplicam à todas e que outros clientes habituais já estavam reclamando e deixaram de ir nesta loja. Uma pena.
They have several imported products, but some much more expensive than the Hirota Supermercados Tatuapé unit. This mall store itself no longer accepted to charge alcohol in any meal voucher. Several times I witnessed people passing beer and other spirits without any problem and today they informed the cashier that they no longer accept. When asked, I was told that these are rules of this unit, but that really do not apply to all and that other regular customers were already complaining and stopped going to this store. A feather.

Os preços são um pouco acima do normal dos mesmos produtos em outros lugares, mesmo Hirota, mas é Express, então acho bem normal, compensa pela praticidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro os produtos do hirota , existem vários produtos importado e comidas japonesas , mas de um tempo para cá percebi que a loja do Shopping Tatuapé teve algumas mudanças . Eles colocaram a comida orientais no lugar onde era as bebidas e vs. Hoje não se encontra mais bebidas importadas apenas as bebidas tradicionais o que fazia a diferença do Hirota e a comida oriental ficou escondida. É uma pena que tenha mudado , pois isso era o diferencial deles .
Mas tem coisas boas ainda que se mantém como as frutas que são higienizada para ser consumida na hora eles têm o espaço para consumir no local e o preço é bem acessível .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, hoje fui por volta das 21:00 no hipotálamo do shopping metrô tatuape, e a atendente que não sei o nome me atendeu horrível, fora que passou outras pessoas na minha frente, fiquei esperando e perguntei o sabor da empada, ela respondeu e não ouvi, chegou um funcionário, ela falou algo pra ele e ele começou a rir, fiquei olhando pra ela, perguntei novamente e ela falou que era palmito, falei que ela não tinha falado, ela ainda falou" eu respondi falando que era palmito meu amor, você que não ouviu" oi meu amor? Fora que antes de mim uma cliente saiu reclamando também do atendimento da outra.
Como trabalho no shopping, vez ou outra vou lá comprar algo pra comer, e não tive nenhum problema até esse acontecido.
Perdeu uma cliente.
E se depender de mim, falo para todo mundo para não ir mais lá.
