Cortesia 0, não sabe conduzir uma venda, fui hoje bo shopping da Bahia nesta loja com intenção de comprar uma bermuda e uma camiseta e o vendedor me perguntou o tamanho da peça falei M ele simplesmente falou que não tinha e deu as costas.
Fui na Mitchell e comprei 04 camistas 01 boné e duas bermudas.
O atendimento foi excelente!
Assim que se conquista o cliente,tratando bem...
Sem olhar cor da pele e vestimenta pois o dinheiro está na bolsa e não bo que você veste no momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti extremante constrangido nessa loja. Fui ver umas camisas e simplesmente não fui atendido. Mesmo ficando por minutos em pé mechendo nas roupas sozinho, com cara de pinto na chuva esperando alguém me atender. Ao invés disso conversavam entre eles, mexiam no computador e um dos vendedores estava atendendo um cliente que aparentemente tinha um poder aquisitivo alto. E por isso ele só faltou botar o cliente no colo. Enquanto eu por está de bermuda e havaianas foi ignorado. Mesmo eles n me conhecendo. ??. Sempre comprei essa marca e nunca me senti dessa maneira. Diferente da loja reserva no mesmo shopping. Fui muito bem atendido independente da minha roupa ou qualquer que tenha sido o motivo do péssimo atendimento da his. Fazendo com que eu comprasse minhas camisas lá mesmo sendo mais que o dobro do valor. Enfim. N dou menos de uma estrela pq não tem como. Eu certamente n voltarei nessa loja e nem irei fazer recomendações positivas em relação a mesma.

I felt extremely embarrassed in this store. I went to see some shirts and I just didn't get service. Even standing for minutes messing with my clothes alone, looking like a dick in the rain waiting for someone to answer me. Instead they were talking to each other, fiddling with the computer, and one of the salespeople was dealing with a customer who apparently had a high purchasing power. And that's why he just needed to put the client on his lap. While I was in shorts and Hawaiian, I was ignored. Even they don't know me. ??. I've always bought this brand and I've never felt that way. Different from the reserve store at the same mall. I was very well attended, regardless of my clothes or whatever was the reason for the bad service given by his. Making me buy my shirts there even though it was more than double the value. Anyway. I don't give less than one star because there's no way. I will certainly not be returning to this store nor will I make any positive recommendations regarding it.
