Alugamos um imóvel pela Hit Imóveis, mas depois fomos informados que os contatos para resolução de algumas questões deveriam ser feitos através da ARBO .. não entendi até hoje a relação, pois você fala com um deles e dizem que o outro é quem deve responder. Parece que estão tentando informatizar os processos, mas o fato é que o atendimento é uma bagunça, desde o momento da assinatura do contrato, vistoria, até a retirada das chaves: informações desencontradas .. mas o cliente fica confuso e sem resolu;ções em tempo hábil. A "desculpa": estamos migrando nossos sistemas ... Só quero que me respondam sobre minhas dúvidas em relação ao contrato, cartão para uso do carrinho de compras e controle da garagem reserva (que não forneceram), como eu faço para pagar as coisas (IPTU, condomínio e aluguel), dentre outras que venho tentando resolver. Uma lástima, péssimo atendimento no sentido dos processos serem confusos e não ficar claro quem é Arbo, quem é Hit e que resolve o que. Sào educados, mas os processos estão bagunçados, uma pena.

I still don't understand the relationship, because you talk to a them and say that the other is the one who should answer. It seems that they are trying to computerize the processes, but the fact is that the service is a mess, from the moment of signing the contract, inspection, to the removal of the keys: mismatched information .. but the customer is confused and without resolutions in in a timely manner. The "excuse": we are migrating our systems... I just want you to answer me about my questions regarding the contract, shopping cart card and reserve garage control (which they didn't provide), how do I pay for things (IPTU, condominium and rent), among others that I have been trying to solve. A pity, bad service in the sense that the processes are confusing and it is not clear who is Arbo, who is Hit and who solves what. They are polite, but the processes are messy, a pity.
