★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ambiente de espera. Me fizeram esperar muito tempo só pra me dizer que o lugar que eu queria não estava disponível e ainda me fizeram entrar em uma sala de reunião sem necessidade só pra me dizer que tinha outra opção disponível e me enviaria por whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As vezes sou meio cético quanto a imobiliária, muitas só querem ganhar dinheiro fácil, mas me surpreendi com a Klabin, é meu segundo imóvel sendo vendido através de corretagem, alguns foram bons mas eles foram excelentes, praticamente não precisei mover uma palha para fazer a venda do imóvel, tudo foi feito por eles, da captação do cliente a captura de toda a documentação minha e do comprador, resposta rápida e atendimento eficiente, sempre que precisava de alguma resposta o pessoal me atendia no mesmo instante mesmo sendo final de semana, todos os esclarecimentos foram feitos profissionalmente e impecável, o processo foi acompanhado do inicio ao fim, estão de parabéns, pelo menos com a experiência que tive, ótimo trabalho do correto Lopes e o Jurídico Rafael. Obrigado, realmente valeu a pena a comissão.

Nesta imobiliária, você precisa implorar para um corretor dar atenção, implorar para te auxiliarem na busca por um imóvel e esperar, mas continue esperando, pprque o corretor não planilha seus contatos, então claro, continue esperando, porque ele não lembra nem que vocês já se falaram. Não tentei uma, nem duas, nem três vezes. Além de caso você se interesse por um imóvel bom, os corretores (notem que uso plural) acredito que já tem amigos que dão preferencia, pois os bons nunca estão disponíveis, mesmo se ligar no mesmo momento que o imóvel entra no site. (você descobre que na verdade está livre ligando na filial, pois os corretores, como comentei, pode esperar...).

(you find out that you are actually free calling at the branch, because the brokers, as I mentioned, can wait ...).
