★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as janelas e portas que compramos apresentaram defeitos, riscos e amassados houve atraso, o material não foi devidamente embalado na entrega, o material vinha solto em cima do caminhão(uma pequena HR), um produto danificando o outro, o atendimento pós venda foi ruim, ninguém se responsabilizava, não há uma ordem clara de hierarquia na empresa, a sensação que tínhamos era de que os funcionários montavam as portas e janelas e cima do caminhão em movimento no momento da entrega... A título de curiosidade meu orçamento ficou na casa R$ 10.000,00 temos uma pequena empresa de reformas, já trabalhamos com outros fornecedores, não sou um comprador esporádico ou sem e critérios, o foco de nossa empresa é ACABAMENTO, primamos pela excelência ela é nosso cartão de visita, firmar parceria com um fornecedor que tem uma linha de trabalho do diferente nos traz prejuízo, má reputação e perda de clientes, infelizmente pior fornecedora com quem tentamos trabalhar nesse segmento.
All the windows and doors we bought had defects, scratches and dents, there was a delay, the material was not properly packed in delivery, the material was loose on top of the truck (a small HR), one product was damaging the other, the after sales service was bad, nobody was responsible, there is no clear order of hierarchy in the company, the feeling we had was that the employees assembled the doors and windows and the top of the moving truck at the time of delivery ... As a curiosity my budget was in the house R $ 10,000.00 we have a small renovation company, we already work with other suppliers, I am not a sporadic buyer or without criteria, the focus of our company is FINISHING, we strive for excellence it is our business card, establishing partnership with a supplier that has a different line of work brings us loss, bad reputation and loss of customers, unfortunately the worst supplier with whom we try to work in this segment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram um serviço na minha casa com janelas portão sacada etc tudo lindo mas meu problema foi o pós venda pois tenho uma esquadrilha no banheiro que quando chove vaza muitoooo e eles já vieram duas vezes e não concertou já pedi para tirar a janela e até agora nem entram mais em contato e não respondem mais as mensagens e eu que estou no prejuízo e isso já fazem 3 meses
They did a service in my house with windows, gates, balconies, etc. everything was beautiful, but my problem was the after-sales service because I have a squadron in the bathroom that when it rains it leaks a lot and they have already come twice and they haven't fixed it, I've asked to remove the window and so far neither they get in touch more and no longer respond to messages and I'm at a loss and it's been 3 months
