Chegando aqui após 1 hora de viagem, a porta já havia sido retirada ontem (sexta), e não se deram o trabalho de avisar.
My name is Raphael, on today's date 04/09/2022, I warned the seller José Franco that he would leave São Paulo, to see a door, which he informed that it was sold but would be in the store. Arriving here after 1 hour of travel, the door had already been removed yesterday (Friday), and they didn't bother to warn.
