★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é de fácil acesso, geralmente encontro a peça que procuro, porém! Pra nós comerciantes que estamos longe do centro de BH é muito difícil falar na loja. Eles não possuem um número de celular e se ligamos no fixo raramente atende. As vezes precisamos ligar para que possamos dar uma certeza e passar um orçamento para nosso clientes mas simplesmente não atendem. Deveriam melhores isso pois tenho certeza que venderiam muito mais.
The place is easily accessible, I usually find the piece I'm looking for, though! For us traders who are far from the center of BH it is very difficult to speak in the store. They don't have a cell phone number and if we call at the landline, they rarely answer. Sometimes we need to call so that we can be sure and give a quote to our customers but they simply do not answer. They should do better because I'm sure they would sell a lot more.
