Por ser uma conserssionaria deveria ter lugar para alocar as peças dos motores desmontados.
Onde já se viu desmontar um girabrequin e largar ele pegando poeira em cima de lugar sujo de terra.
Colocar peças em cima do banco do carro.
E de mais para uma conserssionaria.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
Sou extremamente exigente no quesito qualidade atendimento e cuidado com carro.
Vcs do grupo HYUNDAI não tem o mínimo de cuidado.

No quesito cuidado com peças e carros de cliente.

As it is a conserssionary, it should have a place to allocate the dismantled engine parts.
Where it has been seen to dismantle a girabrequin and drop it picking up dust over a dirt spot.
Place parts on the car seat.
And too much for a conserssionariaaria.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
I am extremely demanding in terms of quality service and car care.
You guys from the HYUNDAI group don't take the least care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o meu Hb20 X na Hyundai MAZAM para revisão, com a luz de injeção acesa. A oficina queria me devolver o carro no mesmo dia e não perceberam por conta própria a luz acesa, ou um seja, iria voltar com o mesmo problema. Depois da minha reclamação resolveram falar que iriam fazer testes e diagnósticos, mas já estão com o carro há 3 dias úteis e não me deram nenhum parecer sobre o carro, mesmo quando pergunto, e sem previsão nenhuma de entrega, fazendo total descaso.
I left my Hb20 X at Hyundai MAZAM for service, with the injection light on. The workshop wanted to return the car to me on the same day and they did not notice on their own the light on, that is, I would return with the same problem. After my complaint, they decided to say that they would do tests and diagnoses, but they have already had the car for 3 working days and have not given me any opinion about the car, even when I ask, and without any delivery forecast, making total disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para 3° revisão, me cobraram R$765,00, e para minha surpresa no verificaram nem o nível da água do motor, quando fui verificar vi que estava abaixo do nível.
Além disso informei que o sensor de nivel do combustível estava apresentando defeito, o que foi feito? NÃO RESOLVERAM O PROBLEMA. Me pergunto de que serve a garantia de 5 anos? Pra que é feita a revisão?
I took my car for a 3rd inspection, they charged me R$765.00, and to my surprise they didn't even check the engine's water level, when I went to check it I saw it was below the level.
In addition, I informed that the fuel level sensor was faulty, what was done? THEY DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I wonder what the 5 year warranty is for? Why is the review done?
