★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, todos atenciosos, o serviço foi rápido mas o local é muito barulhento, há um tráfego intenso de carretas na porta, na entrada toca uma música alta, na sala de espera toca outra música alta e todas se misturando, um limpador de piso elétrico com barulho alto, há um certo ar de caos no lugar, apesar de estar tudo organizado e novo.
 The service is good, everyone was attentive, the service was fast but the place is very noisy, there is heavy truck traffic at the door, loud music plays at the entrance, loud music plays in the waiting room and everyone is mixing, a cleaner with loud electric floors, there is a certain air of chaos in the place, despite everything being tidy and new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez não gostei, na 1* vez deixaram o carro sujo, sem etiqueta no para-brisas, muito misturado Fiat, Jeep e outros ou seja sem espaço para trafegar, falta de compromisso no horário da entrega passou as 13 horas e entregou as 18:00, e me passaram um telefone de uma ex-funcionária que nem sabia de marcação de revisão, atendimento somente por watzzap sem contato por telefone achei horrível que depois caiu no Sul de Minas e o carro veio sujo de novo, enfim o que vale é a marca Fiat, mas as concessionarias deixam muito a desejar infelizmente, estamos num país que não se dão por satisfação das pessoas e sim lucros!
For the second time I didn't like it, the 1st time they left the car dirty, no label on the windshield, very mixed Fiat, Jeep and others, that is, no space to travel, lack of commitment in the delivery time passed 1 pm and delivered the 18:00, and I was given a phone number from a former employee who didn't even know about a service appointment, service only by watzzap without contact by phone I thought it was horrible that then it fell in Sul de Minas and the car came dirty again, anyway what Vale is the Fiat brand, but the dealerships leave a lot to be desired, unfortunately, we are in a country that does not focus on people's satisfaction, but on profits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro para um recall e retiraram o conector bluetooth do som do meu carro e desapareceram com ele. Voltei para reclamar me deixaram esperando e alegaram que o gerente estava em reunião. Pessimo atendimento.
I took the car in for a recall and they removed the bluetooth connector from my car stereo and disappeared with it. I came back to complain, they kept me waiting and claimed that the manager was in a meeting. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo agendar recall do meu veículo, mesmo tendo contatado a concessionária várias vezes. Eles pedem o meu telefone para informar o agendamento e não retornam. Se este é o nivel de respeito ao cliente no pós-venda, como eu confiaria o meu veículo para manutenção nesta concessionária?
