★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na questão assistência técnica é o pior lugar, levei meu console paguei caríssimo no conserto. O console voltou com mal funcionamento, e ainda colocaram a culpa na minha casa. Antes de apresentar problemas funcionava normalmente em casa, aí a desculpa deles pelo péssimo serviço feito foi dizer tem alguma coisa de errado na hora que eu ligo em casa, absurdo. Não levem seu console em hipótese alguma lá, assistência não presta.
When it comes to technical assistance, it's the worst place, I took my console and paid a lot for the repair. The console came back with a malfunction, and they still blamed my house. Before presenting problems, it worked normally at home, so their excuse for the terrible service was saying something is wrong when I call home, absurd. Do not take your console there under any circumstances, assistance is no good.
