Quando questionei a resposta foi que isso acontece é eu tinha dado azar. O rapaz que atende dava informações contraditórias durante o processo dizendo que meu notebook era antigo, sendo que comprei na loja a um ano e meio. Me baseei nas avaliações dizendo que eram profissionais transparentes. Não é verdade.
My experience was terrible. I left my notebook with problems at startup, they didn't solve it and returned it to me in a way I didn't even care. When I questioned the answer was that it happens is I was unlucky. The guy who answered gave contradictory information during the process saying that my notebook was old, and I bought it in the store a year and a half ago. I based myself on the evaluations saying that they were transparent professionals. Is not true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gabinete no dia 15/05/2021 na período da manhã, no qual informei que o mesmo estava apresentando tela preta e acionando as ventoinhas da placa de vídeo (uma RX570), e eu desconfiava ser pasta térmica.
O profissional que estava lá, não me recordo o nome, desmontou o cooler do processador e também a minha placa de vídeo para verificar o Estado das pastas térmicas, as quais não estavam ruins. Como não tinha tempo de deixar o PC lá, ele montou novamente e vim pra casa com o gabinete. Ao chegar aqui, liguei o PC e estava muito lento, irreconhecível. Ao abrir a porta lateral vi o cooler do processador pendurado por apenas um parafuso, praticamente caído, e também a "carcaça" da minha RX570 frouxa. Achei estranho no dia em que levei o profissional teve dificuldades até pra abrir a porta do gabinete, e notei que as máquinas / peças que estavam lá eram antigas, mas mesmo assim confiei que um serviço simples como o que eu solicitei, seria feito sem problemas. Ocorre que o mesmo não soube desmontar, nem mesmo remontar minha Placa de vídeo e meu cooler de processador, deixando ainda pior o estado da minha máquina e inclusive colocando-me em risco de queimar alguns componentes devido ao aquecimento e mal funcionamento.
Eu nem quis voltar até lá, porque depois de um absurdo desses era até capaz de eu perder a razão.
Se o profissional de vocês está acostumado a realizar tarefas simples, em máquinas simples, como limpezas, formatações e montagens simples, ele deveria informar não ser capacitado pra mexer em placas de vídeos ou máquinas mais gamers mais novas, evitando assim danificar a máquina dos clientes, como foi o meu caso.
Deixei a máquina em outro técnico e voltarei no dia 18/05/2021 pra ver se foi resolvido, espero que nenhum dano mais grave tenha sido gerado devido a má montagem do senhor que me atendeu na sniper informática. Decepcionado com a falta de capacidade técnica de vocês.

I took my office on 05/15/2021 in the morning, in which I informed that it was showing a black screen and running the video card fans (an RX570), and I suspected it was thermal paste.
The professional who was there, I do not remember the name, disassembled the processor cooler and also my video card to check the state of the thermal folders, which were not bad. As I didn't have time to leave the PC there, he set it up again and came home with the case. When I got here, I turned on the PC and it was very slow, unrecognizable. When I opened the side door I saw the processor cooler hanging from just one screw, practically dropped, and also the "housing" of my loose RX570. I thought it was strange the day I took it, the professional had difficulties even opening the cabinet door, and I noticed that the machines / parts that were there were old, but even so I trusted that a simple service like the one I requested, would be done without problems. . It turns out that it did not know how to disassemble, nor even reassemble my Video Card and my processor cooler, leaving my machine even worse and even putting me at risk of burning some components due to heating and malfunction.
I didn't even want to go back there, because after such nonsense I was even able to lose my reason.
If your professional is used to performing simple tasks, on simple machines, such as cleaning, formatting and simple assemblies, he should inform you not to be able to handle video cards or newer gamers, thus avoiding damaging the clients' machine , as was my case.
I left the machine at another technician and will be back on 05/18/2021 to see if it has been resolved, I hope that no more serious damage has been caused due to the poor assembly of the gentleman who attended me in the computer sniper. Disappointed with your lack of technical capacity.
