★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a mais de 2 anos, não tive nenhum problema até hoje. Quando caiu pq a enel trocouo poste eles deram o desconto certinho, mesmo não sendo culpa deles. A outra internet que eu tinha ficava sem internet e eles não dava desconto. A Home é bem séria. Recomendo
I've been a customer for over 2 years, I haven't had any problems so far. When it fell because enel changed the post they gave the discount right, even though it wasn't their fault. The other internet I had was without internet and they didn't give a discount. Home is very serious. I recommend

A 3 anos atraz voltei de Curitiba pra morar em SP na epoca tava vendo a melhor net passou alguns meses e vi folheto dela resolvi adquirir . É foi a melhor coisa que fiz na vida de todas q ja tivi essa e a melhorrr sem comparação indico para todos q me pergunta se conheço alguma ,nunca tive plobrema ,as meninas da central são 1000 trata as pessoas muito bemmm os meninos do suporte tbem bem educados, nunca tive uma operadora de net tão competente PARABÉNSSS se depender de mim tamos juntos ate o fimmm......

3 years ago I came back from Curitiba to live in SP at the time I was looking at the best net a few months passed and I saw her brochure I decided to buy it. It was the best thing I've ever done in the life of everyone I've ever had this one and the best without comparison I recommend it to everyone who asks me if I know any, I've never had plobrema, the girls at the center are 1000 treats people very well, the support boys too well educated, I've never had such a competent net operator CONGRATULATIONS if it depends on me, we're together until the end...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet é péssima! Cai várias vezes no dia, as vezes demora horas e horas pra retornar. Sempre preciso usar meus dados pra não ficar sem contato com o pessoal do meu serviço.
Trabalho em casa e pelo menos 2x na semana tenho que me justificar no meu trabalho de que minha internet está fora do ar. Sempre que entro em contato é o mesmo papo, só resolvem depois de horas mas dias depois o mesmo problema. Nunca atrasei um boleto e nunca recebi um desconto por todo transtorno que já me causaram. As vezes nem me respondem no WhatsApp.
Se você trabalha em casa ou pretende usar essa internet pra algum compromisso, NÃO CONTRATE! Você vai ficar na mão várias vezes e vai passar constragimentos no seu trabalho, assim como acontece comigo! Péssimo serviço.
Internet sucks! It falls several times a day, sometimes it takes hours and hours to return. I always need to use my data so I don't run out of contact with my service personnel.
I work from home and at least 2x a week I have to justify myself at work that my internet is down. Whenever I get in touch it's the same chat, they only solve after hours but days later the same problem. I have never delayed a ticket and never received a discount for all the inconvenience they have caused me. Sometimes they don't even answer me on WhatsApp.
If you work from home or intend to use this internet for some commitment, DO NOT HIRE! You will get stuck several times and you will experience constraints in your work, just like I do! Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O suporte é excelente, mas a oscilação da rede tem me causado grandes problemas. Por diversas vezes preciso recorrer ao meu pacote de dados ou à internet da vizinha ( outro provedor).
Está extremamente cansativo isso Home On.
Não é apenas pelo desconto no boleto, que é misero se comparado a tantas oscilações e queda no sinal, mas sobre a qualidade do serviço ofertado.
Vocês têm deixado a desejar.
The support is excellent, but the network oscillation has caused me big problems. Several times I need to use my data package or the neighbor's internet (another provider).
This Home On is extremely tiring.
It's not just the discount on the ticket, which is miserable compared to so many fluctuations and drop in signal, but about the quality of the service offered.
You have left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De fato dentro de uma ano nunca sequer tive algum tipo de problema junto com a empresa, porém no momento de necessidade solicitei a troca do modem pois venho enfrentando bastante lentidão na conexão, por muitas vezes desligo o wi-fi para usar o 4g, quedas constantes de sinal e etc... Ao solicitar a troca do modem os técnicos vieram e nem sabia de fato o serviço a ser feito somente para trocar o modem de lugar foi cobrado um valor de 50 reais, e ressalto que somente solicitei pq o rapaz que instalou disse que eu não poderia mudar de local sem a presença do técnico, eles falaram com uma tal de Karina que não permitiu a troca do modem! Definitivamente desmotivou quanto ao serviço prestado em breve irei procurar uma outra empresa que forneça o serviço
