I was impressed with the professionalism of the company. I had made a quote at another company to fix a color laser printer and they gave me a price three times more expensive than the Home Printer. In addition to the fair price, the customer service is a top 10. I recommend it.

Deixei bem claro que eu precisava pelo menos saber do orçamento e nao tiveram o trabalho nem de me ligar pra passar. o orçamento foi passado so quando ja tinha decidido que pegaria minha impressora de volta. e chegando la expliquei o motivo e ainda tive que ouvir "impossível isso ai". nao percam tempo com esse pessoal !
They promise and they don't deliver! that simple !
I made it very clear that I needed to at least know the budget and they didn't even have the work to call me to pass. the budget was passed only when I had already decided that I would take my printer back. and when I got there I explained the reason and I still had to hear "impossible that there". Don't waste time with these people!
