I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. They messed with two of my notebooks and the TWO came back with other defects.
Both I asked for: RAM increase and windows update !!!
Sony's DID NOT UPDATE !!!!.
The other increased the RAM memory WITHOUT opening !!!! I don't know how they did this service
