I was at this store to buy the bike. I had already researched about the bike but when I arrived at the store and they didn't attend me, I stayed for 10 minutes and no one came to assist me... they lost the sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do local, o higiene e a recepção recebida, pessoal prestativo e dedicado do começo ao fim, enquanto eu estava no interior da loja.
Dou 4 estrelas pelo fato de ainda não ter fechado nenhum negócio com eles, então não dar pra avaliar o quão os mesmos conduzem as vendas rapidez e prestatividades em questão agilidade e comprometimento.
I liked the location, the hygiene and the reception received, helpful and dedicated staff from beginning to end, while I was inside the store.
I give 4 stars for the fact that I haven't closed any deals with them yet, so it's not possible to assess how quickly and helpfully they drive sales in terms of agility and commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito descepisionada com a loja sempre fiz todas as revisões e trocas de óleo com eles no dia 17/02 /22 ,fiz uma revisão e troca de óleo menos de uma semana minha moto jorrou óleo por todos os lados agora eles estão me cobrando R$ 500,00 reais antecipadamente para abrir o motor para descobrir aonde está problemas sendo que nem eles sabem . Em momento nenhum falei q não pagaria as peças quebradas mais acho injusto ter q pagar mais mão de obra sendo q foi eles q fizeram algo errado.
I am very disappointed with the store I have always done all the revisions and oil changes with them on 02/17/22, I had an oil service and change less than a week my bike spurted oil everywhere now they are charging me R $ 500.00 reais in advance to open the engine to find out where the problems are when they don't even know. At no time did I say I wouldn't pay for the broken parts but I think it's unfair to have to pay more labor when they did something wrong.
