Mas no dia e horário previamente definido, o responsável não estava, mas deixei a moto para avaliação do profissional responsável, que após entraria em contato ASSIMQUE CHEGAR A LOJA.
Como JÁ SERIA PRATICAMENTE FINAL DO DIA e ainda sem resposta liguei, o responsável não estava mas entraria em contato assim que chegar DE UM TESTECOM MOTO NA RUA...
Já no dia seguinte PELA MANHÃ o VISTORIADOR DA CIA DE SEGUROS QUERIA IR ATÉ A LOJA PRA FAZER FOTOS DA MOTO DANIFICADO, mas a pessoa que atendeu o telefone só era vendedora, não podia fazer nada a não ser pedir para o responsável entrar em contato comigo...
Já na hora do almoço a gerente respondeu em minha ligaçã, pra informar que estava aguardando resposta de outra loja SOBRE O VALORES DO ORÇAMENTO de seus fornecedores,mas o responsável iria entrar em contato comigo...
Após o almoço nada da ligação do responsável fui até a loja, retirei a moto, já que até aquele momento não tive um orçamento nem mesmo uma simples resposta ou ligação do então responsável nem mesmo pra saber se seria possível receber o responsável pela cia de seguro para liberação dos serviços em minha moto.
Resultado uma zona de loja, ninguém responde por nada, ninguém cumpri com suas respostas ou responsabilidades.
NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM...
SAI DAI, em 20 MINUTOS JÁ TINHA ORÇAMENTO COMPLETO DO SERVIÇOS NECESSÁRIOS NO PADRÃO CORRETO PARA A SEGURADORA E CONFIRMAÇÃO DA VISITA DO RESPONSÁVEL PELA SEGURADORA PRA LIBERAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS.
