★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, são bastante solícitos e atenciosos... todavia encomendei algumas peças e o prazo para chegada é de até 20 dias úteis. Considerando que Arujá está a menos de 30 kms de SP acho esse prazo inaceitável, ainda mais sendo da Honda que é uma marca dominante do mercado.
Tirando este detalhe fizeram a revisão da minha moto com muita qualidade, e recomendo! Basta se programar ciente do prazo supracitado.
The service is good, they are very helpful and attentive ... however I ordered some parts and the deadline for arrival is up to 20 working days. Considering that Arujá is less than 30 kms from SP, I think this term is unacceptable, especially since Honda is a dominant brand in the market.
Apart from this detail, they revised my bike with great quality, and I recommend it! Just schedule yourself aware of the aforementioned deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma ótima experiência nessa loja, fui pegar a minha chave reserva e fui muito bem atendido por um rapaz que cuida da oficina, eu não comprei a moto lá e tbm não tinha costume de ir nessa loja mas o atendimento foi tão bom, o cara tao prestativo, resolveu meu problema, me alertou sobre outros procedimentos, que com certeza eu voltarei nessa loja pra revisar a moto e posteriormente wdo for trocar de moto tbm, o ambiente é limpo e organizado, e a loja está muito bem localizada no centro da cidade de Aruja eu recomendo pra todo mundo agora !
I had a great experience at this store, I went to get my spare key and I was very well attended by a guy who takes care of the workshop, I didn't buy the bike there and I didn't usually go to this store but the service was so good, the So helpful guy, solved my problem, alerted me about other procedures, that I will definitely come back to this store to review the bike and later wdo to change bikes too, the environment is clean and organized, and the store is very well located in the center from the city of Aruja I recommend it to everyone now!
