★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dá nem pra citar somente o vendedor como ruim, pois entrei na loja e absolutamente ninguém me atendeu. Após ficar um certo tempo “perdido” no interior da loja fui até uma das mesas pedir informações sobre uma motocicleta, vendedor descompromissado e sem nenhum tipo de cuidado no tratamento passou os valores relativos ao financiamento de forma breve e não deu qualquer tipo de detalhe sobre a motocicleta. No meu ponto de vista ele parecia estar ali por obrigação… prefiro comprar uma moto de um cachorro na rua do que voltar à entrar nessa loja. Saí da mesma sem nem mesmo um “até logo” deu a informação e se calou, fiquei sentado com cara de palhaço e me retirei profundamente constrangido. Se você busca um atendimento de qualidade e respeito ao cliente, nessa concessionária você não irá encontrar!!!!
 It is not even possible to mention only the seller as bad, because I entered the store and absolutely no one answered me. After being “lost” inside the store for a while, I went to one of the tables to ask for information about a motorcycle, the uncompromising seller and without any kind of care in the treatment passed the amounts related to the financing briefly and did not give any type of detail about the motorcycle. From my point of view he seemed to be there out of obligation… I'd rather buy a motorcycle from a dog on the street than go back into that store. I left without even a “see you later” gave the information and shut up, I sat there looking like a clown and left deeply embarrassed. If you are looking for quality service and respect for the customer, you will not find it at this dealership!!!!

Fui fazer a revisão dos 1000 km me entregaram a moto com o painel arranhado e com carenagem frouxa na parte dianteira e ninguém se responsabilizou o chefe de oficina ainda tentou por a culpa em mim,sendo que a moto não tem nem dois meses uso.
Não recomendo!
Terrible!
I went to do the review of the 1000 km they gave me the bike with the panel scratched and with loose fairing on the front and no one took responsibility the head of workshop even tried to blame me, and the bike is not even two months old.
I do not recommend!
