★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13/11/2020 .Pior atendimento de Pós Vendas por telefone que já passei e para minha decepção foi a Gerente que atendeu e sinceramente faltou empatia , solução , profissionalismo e gentileza . O Carro só tem valor dentro da empresa , fora o cliente que LUTE né... Depois as vendas e revisões diminuem por que outra empresa foi acolhedora e pensou na volta do cliente . Fica a dica , se ligamos é por confiamos se perdemos a confiança procuramos onde tem . Obs: Maior parte dos elogios são + de um ano , o que aconteceu de lá pra cá ??? ?
 11/13/2020. Worst after sales service by phone I have ever been through and to my disappointment it was the Manager who answered and sincerely lacked empathy, solution, professionalism and kindness. The Car only has value inside the company, apart from the customer who FIGHT, right ... Then sales and revisions decrease because another company was welcoming and thought about the customer's return. The tip is, if we call it is because we trust if we lose confidence we look for where it is. Obs: Most of the compliments are + for a year, what happened since then ??? ?

Dois meses após vencer a garantia, o ar condicionado do carro estourou (prejuízo de R$5.000,00), fiz todas as revisões na concessionária, sendo que a última dois meses antes do ocorrido, ainda estou pagando. Fiquei muito chateada, não precisava ter feito a última revisão pagando caro e depois só escutar um lamento muito mas não temos nada a ver. Não fizeram a revisão do ar, somente trocaram o filtro. Agora a vontade é trocar de marca.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Two months after the warranty expired, the car's air conditioning failed (loss of R$5,000.00), I did all the revisions at the dealership, and the last two months before the event, I'm still paying. I was very upset, I didn't need to do the last review paying dearly and then just hear a very sorry but we have nothing to do. They didn't overhaul the air, they just changed the filter. Now the desire is to change brands.
