A mesma não aceitou realizar reparo do meu veículo pela Seguradora, forçando-me a arcar com o custo já que - dependendo do serviço - se o cliente realizar o concerto em oficina não autorizada Honda, acaba podendo perder a garantia de fábrica. Por não acionar o sinistro, se você precisar de veículo reserva, terá que pagar do próprio bolso o aluguel (a seguradora apenas fornece o veículo reserva se for acionada). O cliente acaba pagando o seguro e não pode usufruir do sinistro. Antes de comprar veículo Honda na região, analisem se vale a pena ter a marca, já que se trata da única autorizada na região.
Bad experience with the dealership. By not triggering the claim, if you need a reserve vehicle, you will have to pay the rent out of pocket (the insurance company only provides the reserve vehicle if called). The customer ends up paying the insurance and cannot benefit from the claim. Before buying a Honda vehicle in the region, analyze whether it is worth having the brand, as it is the only authorized one in the region.
