★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garçons perdidos , demorei muito pra tomar uma simples cerveja , e ainda trazem coisas que não pedimos , porções minúsculas, distribuições de mesas no 3 andar muito mal feita , provavelmente no térreo o atendimento é melhor pois onde fica a maior variedade de bebidas etc , não me senti bem no ambiente, música mega alta , não dá pra conversar , infelizmente não voltarei mais

Só acho que qdo tem música ao vivo o show acontece na parte de cima do bar, fica estranho, pq tem que ficar olhando pra cima, acredito que dê ética ser embaixo como nos outros bares.
Very cozy place and well trained and friendly staff.
I just think that when there's live music the show takes place at the top of the bar, it's weird, because you have to look up, I believe it's ethical to be downstairs like in other bars.

Pagamos o open bar de cerveja, e dividimos a mesa com uma grande galera, e toda vez que pedíamos cerveja, demorava muito para vir, e não podíamos pedir cerveja a vontade, diferente do que diz a lei sobre o open, que fala sobre consumir livremente sem estipular dose mínima por pessoa, porém não tínhamos a liberdade de consumir livremente.
Relatei o fato para a gerente, que por sinal com muita arrogância nos informou que enquanto estiver garrafas cheias na mesa não podemos pedir mais, porém expliquei que estávamos em 30 pessoas, nem todo mundo estava junto, mas a mesma ignorou minhas explicações. Questionei sobre ela saber se tinha noção sobre os direitos do consumidor referente ao fato, e desconversando ela me disse, poderíamos servir cervejas no copo.
Na hora de pagar, reparei nos preços abusivos das comandas., estavam cobrando valor indevido sobre o open e sobre a entrada, e em minha comanda continha adição de bebidas não consumidas por mim, chamaram a atendente, e em, porém a mesma não se recordava! E com muita arrogância, por mais uma vez a gente falou para a balconista, tira da conta dela e desconta da garçonete.
Continuando assim, não terão muito sucesso.
