Fui fazer a reserva, e a atendente muito educada e atenciosa, me mostrou o pacote romântico. Vale a pena. Fiz alguns pedidos especiais e fui prontamente atendido. Muito recomendo. Obrigado pela atenção que nos foi nos dada.
So I really liked it. We were staying at the Hotel Mercure to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I went to make the reservation, and the clerk very polite and attentive, showed me the romantic package. Well worth it. I made some special requests and was promptly taken care of. Very highly recommend. Thanks for the attention we were given.

Ligamos no local e fomos informados de que não era o dia do waffle, porém bastava procurar a recepcionista que ela solicitaria que o mesmo fosse feito como um caso especial. O nome da recepcionista é Ana Paula, que nos atendeu super bem. Super atenciosa e prestativa.
O café da manhã estava muito gostoso, com varios tipos de comida, sendo iogurte, sucos, café, pães, pão de queijo, frios, bolos, cookies, cereais, tapioca, ovo mexido... Dentre outros.
Sentimos falta apenas de mais opções de doces, o que é apenas um detalhe. A experiência foi ótima. Voltaremos sem duvidas!
My wife is pregnant and eager to eat waffle for breakfast. We called on site and we were told that was not the day of the waffle, but it was enough to look for the receptionist that she would request that it be done as a special case. The receptionist's name is Ana Paula, who served us very well. Super attentive and helpful.
The breakfast was very tasty, with various types of food, and yogurt, juices, coffee, breads, cheese bread, cold cuts, cakes, cookies, cereals, tapioca, scrambled egg ... Among others.
We just missed more candy options, which is just a detail. The experience was great. We will be back without a doubt!
