 They were attentive to my pets (me too)... I liked the service... Even during the return and pre-surgery... My dog, who is a crazy person... (Doesn't like anyone... Lol) even had a party for the vet...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! A propaganda diz ser emergência 24h mas durante a noite ninguém atende o telefone!!! E no Google maps consta que só abre às 8h, ao mesmo tempo que mostra ser 24h.
Propaganda enganosa!!!!
Terrible!!! The advertisement says it's a 24 hour emergency but at night no one answers the phone!!! And on Google maps it says that it only opens at 8 am, at the same time it shows to be 24 hours.
False advertising!!!!

Fantastic service! It was with great affection that Dr. Alice answered and took care of our dog Bebel. We were really impressed with the service and efficiency in being able to promptly perform the x-ray after listening to a noise in the exam done with great dedication and affection.
