★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a Horloge para fazer limpeza em um relógio. O técnico que me atendeu, muito gentil, inclusive, disse que realizava o serviço. Perguntei o preço, paguei, sem problema algum. Pedi para uma amiga pegar o objeto na data aprazada. Ao chegar na Loja, o técnico que me atendeu não se encontrava, mas os outros que estavam presentes fizeram comentário muito antiprofissional, dizendo que não fariam tal serviço, pois era muito trabalhoso e que o executor do serviço estava de parabéns. Ora, não pedi favor à loja, apenas, procurei o serviço que realiza. Paguei o preço que exigido. Dessa forma, espero que não tenham esse tipo de comportamento com outros clientes, visto ser muito desagradável.
I went to Horloge to clean a watch. The technician who attended to me, very kind, even said that he performed the service. I asked the price, paid, without any problem. I asked a friend to pick up the object on the due date. When I arrived at the store, the technician who attended me was not there, but the others who were present made a very unprofessional comment, saying that they would not do such a service, as it was too much work and that the executor of the service was to be congratulated. Well, I didn't ask the store for a favor, I just looked for the service it does. I paid the price that required. So, I hope you don't have this kind of behavior with other customers, as it is very unpleasant.
