★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa falta demais com respeito com os clientes. Não se enganem com o site nem com o Instagram deles cheio de propaganda de artistas. A proposta é ótima , mas a falta de respeito ultrapassa tudo isso. Nunca entregam no dia solicitado. Uma vez fiquei esperando o dia todo e quando liguei para cobrar disseram que o carro havia quebrado.E não me ligaram para avisar. Em uma outra segunda feira eu pedi e me disseram que só entregariam na quinta... desisiti. Enfim, sexta passada resolvi dar uma última chance. O site dizia que entregaria no dia seguinte. Ao mandar msg depois que fiz o pedido , eles disseram que só entregariam na segunda . Pois bem, pedi que fosse de manhã e até o momento, 12: 17, lá mandei msg, já liguei 3 vezes e ninguém me atende.
Isso é o maior descaso que eu poderia ver com o cliente. Assim vcs irão longe.
This company lacks respect for customers too much. Make no mistake about their website or their Instagram full of artists' ads. The proposal is great, but the lack of respect goes beyond all of that. They never deliver on the requested day. Once I was waiting all day and when I called to collect they said the car had broken. And they didn't call me to let me know. On another Monday I asked and I was told they would only deliver on Thursday ... desisiti. Anyway, last Friday I decided to give one last chance. The website said it would deliver the next day. When sending messages after I placed the order, they said they would only deliver on Monday. Well, I asked for it in the morning and until now, 12:17 pm, I sent a message there, I've already called 3 times and no one answers me.
This is the biggest neglect I could see with the client. So you will go far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que vergonha uma empresa dessa existir. Total falta de respeito com as pessoas. Fiz um pedido e me falaram que entregariam no dia seguinte, até aí tudo ótimo, no dia seguinte as 14:26 me responderam que estavam a caminho e agora 19:58 tive que solicitar o estorno do pagamento, pq eles não conseguem cumprir com o combinado. Vc deixa uma pessoa perder a sua tarde toda sem poder sair aguardando para receber um pedido que não chega e qdo respondem sua msg, culpam a chuva, sendo que o endereço deles é um bairro vizinho ao meu. Queria que tivesse dado certo, facilitaria demais a minha vida, mas eles não sabem trabalhar, que triste.
What a shame for such a company to exist. Total lack of respect for people. I placed an order and they told me they would deliver the next day, so far everything was great, the next day at 2:26 pm they replied that they were on their way and now at 7:58 pm I had to request a refund of the payment, because they are unable to comply with the Combined. You let a person waste their whole afternoon without being able to go out waiting to receive an order that doesn't arrive and when they answer your message, they blame the rain, and their address is a neighborhood next to mine. I wish it had worked out, it would have made my life a lot easier, but they don't know how to work, how sad.
