★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei fazer compras on-line, a pessoa que me atendeu foi grosseira ao explicar que não entregava no horário "a gente não faz entrega nesse horário não meu filho!". Resultado: perdeu o cliente não por não fazer entrega no referido horário mas pelo péssimo atendimento via chamada de voz!
I tried to shop online, the person who answered me was rude when explaining that he didn’t deliver on time "we don’t deliver at this time, not my son!". Result: he lost the customer not because he did not deliver at that time but because of the terrible service via voice call!
