★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei minha tia ao Centro médico e não fomos atendidos no horário marcado. O médico chegou 1(uma) hora depois. O atendimento é bom, mas compromisso de horário é péssimo.
 I accompanied my aunt to the medical center and we were not seen at the scheduled time. The doctor arrived 1(one) hour later. Service is good, but time commitment is terrible.

Atendimento péssimo, fiquei mais de 20min aguardando na recepção para ser atendida, pois a recepcionista tinha saído para tirar o carro que estava num lugar errado, passando desse tempo recebi uma informação que poderia ter obtido pelo primeiro contato que tive pelo Whatsapp, que tbm deixa a desejar. Enfim, não volto mais e nem indico a ngm.
Dando uma estrela, pois não posso dá nenhuma!
Place had everything to be great, but it isn't!
Terrible service, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes at the reception to be assisted, as the receptionist had left to take the car that was in the wrong place, after this time I received information that I could have gotten from the first contact I had through Whatsapp, which she also leaves to be desired. Anyway, I'm not coming back and I don't even indicate the ngm.
Giving a star, because I can't give any!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica bonitinha , limpinha , porém , o atendimento é péssimo. Fui atendido por uma moça chamada Catarina , que é um poço de antipatia . Fiz um exame de sangue numa sexta feira ás 8 horas da manhã, mas antes perguntei se conseguiria o resulta para a próxima segunda , pois precisaria dele para concurso e quanto o mais rápido ficasse pronto para mim seria melhor e fui autorizado segundo a atendente por sua supervisão . Porém , na segunda feira , como combinado , eu liguei para avisar que estava indo buscar os exames e fui informado que houve um problema com meu exame e que eu teria que repetir .Hora , se houve um problema , pq não me avisaram antes ?? Esperaram eu ligar pra falar.... E se eu não ligo...E isso tudo pq eu falei que precisava de urgência , imagina se eu não precisasse .... Muito desorganizado, não gostei do atendimento .
Cute clinic, clean, however, the service is terrible. I was attended by a girl named Catarina, who is a well of antipathy. I had a blood test on a Friday at 8 am, but before I asked if I would get the result for next Monday, as I would need it for the contest and the sooner it was ready for me the better and I was authorized according to the attendant by her supervision . However , on Monday , as agreed , I called to say that I was going to get the exams and I was informed that there was a problem with my exam and that I would have to repeat it . They waited for me to call to talk.... And if I don't... And all this because I said I needed an emergency, imagine if I didn't need to.... Very disorganized, I didn't like the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei com o meu braço todo roxo porque a mulher que se diz enfermagem estava tirando as férias da outra enfermeira estourou veia uma ignorância absurda não sabia fazer uma colheta de sangue,todos na fila reclamando ,nunca mais faço colheta de sangue nesta clínica .
I got my arm all purple because the woman who calls herself a nurse was taking the other nurse's vacation, her vein burst, an absurd ignorance I didn't know how to do a blood collection, everyone in line complaining, I never do a blood collection at this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando uma estrela porque não posso dar nenhuma. Fica gravado aqui a minha insatisfação tanto no atendimento (recepção) quanto ao "Plano Fidelidade" que não é nada benéfico. Além do gerente dizer a todo momento em um mal entendido que eu estava tendo o tratamento de graça só pelo fato do plano ser 25 reais. Foi constrangedor. Solicitei o cancelamento dentro dos 7 dias que é direito do consumidor e NAO fui ressarcida do valor que eu paguei. Além de outros fatos constrangedores que me fizeram passar. NAO RECOMENDO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para me informar sobre dias e horários da ultrassonografia e fui informada que era terça feira na parte da tarde (até as 16h por ordem de chegada), quinta feira (mesmo horário de terça) mas que nessa quinta feira não teria; e consulta com ginecologista sexta feira das 9h as 11h por ordem de chegada também! Me programei no trabalho, usei minhas poucas horas extras pra poder sair mais cedo e conseguir fazer a ultra hoje (22/03) e quando eu chego lá simplesmente sou informada que os horários que me passaram estão invertidos! Só acho que vcs poderiam ter um pouco mais de cautela ao passar informações como essas, pois é muito frustrante quando acontece esse tipo de coisa! Sai num prejuízo absurdo pois só eu sei o quanto era importante fazer essa ultra antes da consulta com o gineco e nem um pedido de desculpas eu recebi! Tenham mais responsabilidade com os clientes!
I called to find out about the days and times of the ultrasound and was informed that it was Tuesday afternoon (until 4:00 pm in order of arrival), Thursday (same time as Tuesday) but that Thursday would not be available; and consultation with a gynecologist Friday from 9 am to 11 am in order of arrival too! I scheduled myself at work, I used my few extra hours to be able to leave early and get the ultrasound done today (22/03) and when I get there I am simply informed that the schedules given to me are reversed! I just think you could be a little more careful when passing on information like this, because it's very frustrating when this kind of thing happens! It came out at an absurd loss because only I know how important it was to do this ultrasound before the appointment with the gynecologist and I didn't even receive an apology! Be more responsible with customers!
