Alem disso, voltou com a pele do pescoço queimada. Nunca mais!!! Lugar péssimo!

Fiquei horrorizada...sem comentários...nem assumir o péssimo atendimento não fizeram e tentaram jogar para mim o problema...não levei nunca mais...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percebe-se que se importam apenas com o dinheiro e não com o animal. Para marcar consulta com a veterinária foi rápido, agora para reagendar o retorno (pq tive um imprevisto e não pude ir) não se importaram que o caso da cachorrinha era sério, tive que levar em outra veterinária porque só arrumaram horário uma semana depois, se eu fosse esperar esse tempo provavelmente minha cachorra não estaria aqui. Não recomendo um lugar que o que menos se preocupam é com a saúde e bem estar do animal.
It is clear that they only care about the money and not the animal. It was quick to make an appointment with the veterinarian, now to reschedule the return (because I had an unforeseen event and I couldn't go) they didn't care that the dog's case was serious, I had to take it to another veterinarian because they only made an appointment a week later, if if I were going to wait that long my dog probably wouldn't be here. I don't recommend a place that cares less about the animal's health and well-being.
