★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e ótimo serviço. Meu cachorro vai a cada 15 dias e sempre fui bem atendida. Ele fica tão cheiroso que o perfume permanece pela casa. Recomendo com certeza.
Great service and great service. My dog goes every 15 days and I have always been well attended. It is so fragrant that the scent remains throughout the house. I recommend it for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesadelo. Paguei por uma tosa, me cobraram a mais e entregaram a gata sem tosar, depois pararam de me responder. Quando insisti tentaram me cobrar de novo pra tosar, e quando finalmente buscaram pra tosar eles mantiveram ela por 6 horas na caixa de transporte atoa. Não ouvi sequer um pedido de desculpas por nada disso.
Nightmare. I paid for a grooming, they overcharged me and delivered the cat without a grooming, then stopped answering me. When I insisted they tried to charge me again to shave, and when they finally sought to shave they kept her for 6 hours in the transport box for no reason. I didn't even hear an apology for any of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, meu cachorro estava com nós pois a muito tempo não ia ao petshop, foi pedido que se estivesse muito ruim que eles poderiam tosa-lo, meu cachorro veio cheio de feridas na parte do bumbum e perto das partes intimas, como as feridas deviam estar doendo ele arrancou a roupinha e coçou até abrir e sangrar, ainda cobraram um absurdo pelo banho, um preço que nunca tinha visto, não mandem seus anjinhos pra esse lugar horrivel, não seguem o que vc pede e ainda por cima machucam seu pet. NUNCA MAIS MANDO MEU CACHORRO LA, NUNCA!!!!!
Very bad, my dog was with us because he hadn't been to the petshop for a long time, it was asked that if it was too bad they could cut him off, my dog came full of wounds on the buttocks and close to the intimate parts, as the wounds should be hurting he tore off his clothes and scratched until it opened and bled, they still charged an absurd amount for the bath, a price he had never seen, do not send your little angels to this horrible place, do not follow what you ask and on top of that they hurt your pet. I NEVER SEND MY DOG TO IT EVER AGAIN!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meus dois cachorrinhos nesse petshop, a primeira vez tudo bem já na segunda vez, uma semana atrás fizeram uma tosa porca nos meus cachorros, a minha cachorrinha voltou com a tosa pela metade, sem cortar as unhas, cheias de nós na orelha e no rabo e ainda qdo fomos buscar a atendente super mal humorada, com uma cara terrível. Meu marido queria voltar p reclamar, achei melhor não. Só não vamos levar mais lá... Não recomendo. Evitem.
I took my two puppies to this petshop, the first time it was ok the second time, a week ago they had a nut clipping on my dogs, my puppy came back with a half clipped, without cutting her nails, full of knots in the ear and in the ass and even when we went to get the attendant super grumpy, with a terrible face. My husband wanted to go back to complain, I thought it was better not to. We're just not going to take it there anymore... I don't recommend it. Avoid.
