 I left my Lolly for a trip and she was super well taken care of, treated and had a lot of fun! From now on I'll take her sometimes to have fun with the friends she's made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha cachorrinha por um mês na hospedaria. Adorei o tratamento dado à ela. Ela é diabética, toma insulina duas vezes ao dia e está cega. Foi muito bem cuidada. Teve um problema de saúde ,referente a diabete, e foi levada prontamente ao veterinário ficando tudo bem. São cuidadosos e carinhosos com os animais. Ela ficou muito bem.
Tinha bastante carinho que normalmente acho que nossos pets sentem muita falta ao ficar longe dos donos. Fiquei muito satisfeita e agradecida. Recomendo.

I left my dog for a month at the inn. I loved the treatment given to her. She is diabetic, takes insulin twice a day and is blind. It was very well taken care of. She had a health problem, related to diabetes, and was promptly taken to the vet and everything was fine. They are caring and affectionate with animals. She turned out really well.
There was a lot of affection that normally I think our pets miss being away from their owners. I was very pleased and grateful. I recommend.

I liked it, the staff takes very good care of the animals and we can still see them at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o Banoffee pela primeira vez lá para passar o fim de semana. Ele nunca tinha ficado em hotelzinho e a experiência dele foi incrível. Eu podia vê-lo pelas câmeras, sempre brincando e contente. Foi muito bem cuidado! Chegou em casa na segunda super cansado de tanto brincar!! Super recomendo
I dropped off the Banoffee for the first time there for the weekend. He had never stayed in a small hotel and his experience was incredible. I could see him on camera, always joking and happy. It was very well taken care of! Came home on Monday super tired from playing so much!! I highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a primeira hospedagem do nosso Shi-Tzu, o Shoyo. O Ricardo nos deu muita segurança, pois realmente é alguém que entende de animais. As câmeras ajudam muito a matar saudade tb. Com certeza deixaremos nosso filhote novamente na hospedaria do Ricardo.
It was our Shi-Tzu's first stay, Shoyo. Ricardo gave us a lot of security, because he really understands animals. Cameras help a lot to kill nostalgia too. We will definitely leave our puppy again at Ricardo's guesthouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu cachorro por dois períodos nas férias de final/começo de ano e pude acompanhar através das câmeras o cuidado e carinho que trataram do meu Astro.
Estava preocupada como seria a virada do ano por conta dos fogos de artifício se o Asto ficaria assustado mas acompanhei que o Ricardo e a família ficaram com os cachorros durante a virada tranquilizando-os e isso me deixou tranquila também.
Super recomendo a Hospedaria e volto outras vezes quando for viajar.
I left my dog for two periods in the end/beginning of the year vacations and I could follow through the cameras the care and affection that took care of my Astro.
I was worried about the New Year's Eve because of the fireworks and Asto would be scared but I followed that Ricardo and the family stayed with the dogs during the New Year, reassuring them and that made me feel calm too.
I highly recommend the Hostel and I will come back again when I travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Bentinho amou a estadia na Hospedaria, pude acampanha-los pelas câmeras e vi que ele estava muito feliz e bem cuidado. O atendimento é nota 10 e o manejo com os Pets é totalmente adequado. A limpeza é constante. Fiquei muito feliz também com a introdução na matilha que foi aos poucos a fim de perceber as afinidades e saber se o Bentinho se daria bem com os outros cães. Deixarei outras vezes quando precisar, com certeza.
Bentinho loved his stay at the Hostel, I was able to follow them through the cameras and I saw that he was very happy and well taken care of. The service is a 10 and the handling with the Pets is totally adequate. Cleaning is constant. I was also very happy with the introduction into the pack that was gradually in order to understand the affinities and to know if Bentinho would get along well with the other dogs. I will leave it another time when I need it, for sure.
