Mas qnd questionei a Dr. Neuza oque mudaria no comportamento dele, ela grosseiramente me respondeu "Nada eu operei os testículos dele não o cérebro" achei totalmente desnecessário a resposta dela. Fiquei ate sem reação para dar uma resposta de volta.
I neutered my cat there and I had no problems with that. But when I asked Dr. Neuza what would change in his behavior, she rudely replied "Nothing I operated on his testicles but his brain" I thought her answer was totally unnecessary. I even had no reaction to give an answer back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao Dr. William: Foi muito atencioso, detalhista, dedicado, nos atendeu com muita paciência e examinou minha cadelinha com muito amor e atenção. Deu dicas super úteis. Parecia dominar sua função. A consulta foi boa e durou bastante, foi realizada sem pressa.
Em relação à instalação: Fiquei bastante receosa de entrar. O local é meio sombrio, móveis enferrujados, paredes descascando, portas com a tinta caindo, aparência bastante suja. O secretário/auxiliar-veterinário estava de short jeans, blusa rasgada, chinelo, unhas enormes e pé muito sujo. O ambiente é bastante desagradável. O veterinário estava com uma blusa bastante velha e com um esparadrapo colado para tampar o emblema que, provavelmente, é de outra clínica...
Eu não teria coragem de operar meu cãozinho ali não... Mas se vc não se importa com essas coisas, recomendo o atendimento para consultas, pois o médico William foi muito bom.
Em relação a higiene: apesar do lugar ser bastante inócuo, o auxiliar limpou com álcool a mesa onde realizam a coleta de sangue e examinam o pet, assim que meu cachorrinho terminou de ser atendido. Então, pelo menos acho que o local realiza assepsia corretamente.
Essa foi minha experiência, espero ter ajudado.
In relation to Dr. William: He was very attentive, detailed, dedicated, attended to us with great patience and examined my dog with great love and attention. Gave super useful tips. It seemed to dominate its function. The consultation was good and lasted a long time, without haste.
Regarding the installation: I was quite afraid to enter. The place is kind of gloomy, rusty furniture, peeling walls, doors with paint falling off, very dirty appearance. The secretary/veterinarian's assistant was wearing denim shorts, a torn shirt, slippers, huge nails and a very dirty foot. The atmosphere is quite unpleasant. The veterinarian was wearing a rather old blouse and a bandage glued to cover the emblem, which is probably from another clinic...
I wouldn't have the courage to operate on my little dog there... But if you don't mind these things, I recommend the consultation service, because the doctor William was very good.
Regarding hygiene: despite the place being quite innocuous, the assistant cleaned the table with alcohol where the blood was collected and the pet was examined, as soon as my puppy finished being attended to. So at least I think the site performs asepsis correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui desconfiada por conta dos comentários aqui mas me surpreendi positivamente. O local da recepção não é dos melhores mas o atendimento dado pela Dra. Érika foi maravilhoso, ela atendeu muito bem minha gata e tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, além de ser muito simpática. O moço da recepção também foi educado.
I was suspicious because of the comments here but I was pleasantly surprised. The reception location is not the best but the service given by Dr. Érika was wonderful, she took care of my cat very well and answered all my doubts, besides being very friendly. The receptionist was also polite.
