★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou acompanhando minha desde terça feira, hoje tá um caos, desde ontem ela teve diarréia, está com assaduras e a pomada só chegou agora pela manhã. Tem 1h que chamo alguém para limpa-la e nada. Enviaram um suco de laranja lima amargo.
Tá um caos esse hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registro a minha mais profunda indignação em relação ao atendimento desse hospital que um dia foi conhecido com Aliança. Marquei um exame de imagem e no horário marcado fui informado que o medico não pode trabalhar naquele dia e o hospital não teve a menor consideração em ligar para avisar.
Diante de tal atendimento, busquei um outro local para realizar o exame. No dia marcado no outro local, o plano não autorizou meu procedimento porque a Hospital Aliança não tinha informado e efetuado o cancelamento da autorização junto ao plano, sendo assim não realizei o procedimento pela segunda vez por culpa do atendimento do Hospital Aliança. Entrei em contato com o péssimo atendimento do hospital e fui informado que o cancelamento da autorização tinha que ter sido solicitada por mim, mesmo não realizando o procedimento no dia e como já era de conhecimento do hospital.
Mais uma vez, registro a minha insatisfação diante da péssima e profunda transformação que esse hospital vem passando com essa nova gestão que é conhecida nacionalmente pela ganancia pelo lucro e deixando de lado um atendimento humanizado e de excelência que era oferecido pela direção do saudoso Hospital Aliança.
Sempre fui paciente do referido hospital e minhas avaliações sempre foram positivas diante do bom atendimento que era acompanhado de perto pelo antigo proprietário, que nesse momento onde ele estiver deve sentir uma profunda tristeza diante do quadro de bagunça que se encontra o hospital.

Faced with such assistance, I looked for another place to take the exam. On the day scheduled at the other location, the plan did not authorize my procedure because Hospital Aliança had not informed and canceled the authorization with the plan, so I did not perform the procedure a second time because of the care provided by Hospital Aliança. I contacted the poor service at the hospital and was informed that the cancellation of the authorization had to have been requested by me, even though I did not perform the procedure on that day and as the hospital was already aware.
Once again, I register my dissatisfaction with the terrible and profound transformation that this hospital has been going through with this new management, which is nationally known for its greed for profit and leaving aside the humanized and excellent service that was offered by the management of the late Hospital Aliança. .
I have always been a patient at that hospital and my evaluations have always been positive in view of the good service that was closely monitored by the former owner, who at this moment, wherever he is, must feel a deep sadness in view of the mess that the hospital is in.

sou grato e sei que essa qualidade vai melhorar com a nova ampliação;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me falaram que esse hospital era referência em Salvador, só se for referência de péssimo atendimento, referência de má gestão, referência em péssima organização, referência do que não se deve fazer com seus clientes. Minha filha está neste momento a 2:30 minutos aguardando um médico, já vomitou, desmaiou 2 vezes, está com febre e dor de cabeça e até agora nenhum médico para falar com ela, medicar para febre, nada. E para ajudar uma enfermeira comentou “ tem essa menina aqui para atender mas não sei o nome dela”, e uma falta de organização, profissionais despreparados, e lamentável. Já frequentei o hospital São Luís em São Caetano do Sul, de São Paulo, que é da mesma rede. Como podem fazer isso com os Baianos e turistas? Vergonhoso! Triste! Várias pessoas aqui indignadas com a demora e péssimo atendimento. Agora já são 22:02, já são mais de 5 horas no hospital. Depois de quase 4 horas apareceu uma médica que solicitou alguns exames e passou um medicamento para febre. E um descaso com os pacientes, inaceitável.

Só queria ficar na cama e tive que ficar 8 horas com outras pessoas passando pela mesma situação. Muita falta de respeito a todos os pacientes. só tem 1 médico para atender questões respiratórias e estamos no meio de uma pandemia há 2 anos.

I thought the hospital was very bad! I stayed 4 hours for them to receive me as I was sick with all symptoms of covid. I just wanted to stay in bed and had to spend 8 hours with other people going through the same situation. A lot of lack of respect for all patients. there is only 1 doctor to attend to respiratory issues and we have been in the middle of a pandemic for 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um hospital de referência em Salvador e que sempre sou muito bem atendida quando necessitei de atendimento emergencial nas 2 vezes que tive crise dolorosas da vesícula biliar e há 1 mês para retirada da mesma. Também obtive um bom atendimento quando estava com suspeita de Covid-19 há 9 meses atrás, mas não necessitei ficar internada e apresentava sintomas leves.
Equipe competente!!!
A reference hospital in Salvador and I am always very well attended when I needed emergency care in the 2 times I had painful gallbladder crisis and 1 month ago for its removal. I also got good care when I was suspected of having Covid-19 9 months ago, but I didn't need to be hospitalized and I had mild symptoms.
