★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desta empresa. Ano passado levei um amp de guitarra Meteoro que estava com defeito (o som ia abaixando ate diminuir e sumir toda vez que eu começava a tocar). O orçamento foi feito rápido, mas o “conserto” demorou muito além do prazo que me deram. Pra piorar, um mês depois o amplificador voltou a dar exatamente o mesmo problema. Curiosamente, no dia que eu fui buscar o amp do conserto havia um rapaz reclamando com um atendente que a mesa de som que ele deixou pra consertar estava apresentando EXATAMENTE o mesmo problema que antes.
Run away from this company. Last year I took a Meteoro guitar amp that was defective (the sound would fade until it faded and disappeared every time I started playing). The budget was done quickly, but the "fix" took much longer than the deadline they gave me. To make matters worse, a month later the amplifier returned to give exactly the same problem. Interestingly, the day I went to get the repair amp, there was a guy complaining to an attendant that the mixer he left to fix was having EXACTLY the same problem as before.

Demoraram quase 1 ano pra fazer o conserto.
E por conta da demora fui buscar o equipamento mesmo assim sem consertarem.
Hoje vi que estava faltando 4 peças dentro do equipamento.
Muito sujos.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
It took almost 1 year to do the repair.
And because of the delay I went to get the equipment without repairing it.
Today I saw that 4 pieces were missing from the equipment.
Very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, meu som foi ruim e voltou pior. Fiquei no prejuízo de quase trezentos reais. Se arrependimento matasse!!! Lembro_me perfeitamente de ter entrado em contato com o "técnico" chamado Cícero e ele havia me dito que teria que fazer outro orçamento. Se isso for certo, não quero saber como é o errado. Detalhe, o suposto conserto não durou nem três meses, mais quando reclamei, já queriam outro orçamento.
Horrible, my sound was bad and it came back worse. I was at a loss of almost three hundred reais. If regret would kill !!! I remember very well that I got in touch with the "technician" named Cícero and he had told me that he would have to make another budget. If that's right, I don't want to know what is wrong. Detail, the supposed repair did not last even three months, but when I complained, they already wanted another budget.
