★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da emergência péssimo, infelizmente fui muito mal atendido ontem a noite, cheguei passando mal com sintomas de febre, cansaço, dor no corpo, dor de cabeça e garganta inflamada, e o funcionário do hospital( porq não merece nem ser chamado de médico), não me examinou, não encostou um dedo em mim, e passou antiflamatorio e dipirona para tomar em casa. Infelizmente é por isso que muita gente morre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O morador da zona da Leopoldina está muito perdido , hospital Balbino acabou , atendimento péssimo estou na emergência e aguardando ser chamado por 3 horas já !!
Eu sei os entusiastas irão falar que tem muitos pacientes !
Mais me desculpem a realidade é falta de médico , falta de compromisso com o paciente !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que venho, prometo a mim mesmo que não volto. Mas como é perto, acabo vindo. Mas haja paciência! Tem que vir preparado para esperar por horas. Vim semana passada, e demorei 4 horas no total. E hoje tive que voltar. São 19h48 e estou aqui no hospital. Cheguei 16h e pouca e, depois de quase 2 horas, fui atendida. O médico pediu um exame e estou há 1h45 esperando me chamaram para o tal exame. E depois ainda tenho que esperar ficar pronto para o médico me chamar de novo. Ou seja, ainda vou demorar muito para sair daqui. E vários pacientes da emergência estão revoltados, reclamando da mesma coisa. E o curioso é que hoje está vazio, e mesmo assim o tempo de espera está absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O agendamento das consultas continua péssimo, a 20 dias atrás me pediram pra ligar dia 1 de fevereiro quando a agenda abria. Dei 56 ligações que começaram as 7 da manhã. Ao ser atendida fiquei aguardando ser atendida ouvindo a gravação por quase 50 min. Ainda na linha decidi ir até o hospital e lá vi que as consultas são marcadas de maneira mais rápida. Ou seja marquei minha consulta no telefone que fica na recepção do hospital e a minha ligação ainda não tinha sido atendida. O hospital deveria acabar com a central de agendamento, pois não funciona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Gostaria de deixar registrada minha preocupação e insatisfação quanto ao fato de não haver a triagem com classificação de risco a noite na emergência . Minha filha apresentou dor abdominal e vômitos incoerciveis . Durante os primeiros vinte minutos de espera ela tinha vomitado 4 vezes, além de diarréia. Estava sem força para sair do banheiro já. Eu tive de ir ao consultório médico direto e pedir prioridade no atendimento pois estava vendo a hora de minha filha desmaiar. Isso é muito sério. Acho que devem rever esta conduta, pois poderão ter problemas legais bem onerosos por omissão e ou negligência no atendimento.
Good afternoon! I would like to register my concern and dissatisfaction with the fact that there is no screening with risk classification at night in the emergency room. My daughter had abdominal pain and uncontrollable vomiting. During the first twenty minutes of waiting she had vomited 4 times, in addition to diarrhea. I didn't have the strength to get out of the bathroom already. I had to go to the doctor's office directly and ask for priority in care because I was waiting for my daughter to faint. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHEGUEI NO ESTABELECIMENTO PARA RESOLVER UMA INTERNAÇÃO... LOGO FUI DIRECIONADO PARA SETOR DE ESPERA, DEPOIS DE ATENDIDO TIVE QUE VOLTAR AO CAIXA AONDE FIZ O PAGAMENTO DE R$ 2000 reais ... DEI A SOLICITAÇÃO PARA TC. Após fazer a TC voltei no médico e ele disse pra esperar ... Fiquei exatamente 01:30h esperando ... Pra enfim me jogarem para um lado para o outro . Especial atendimento da Bruna que foi bem inadequado .
Conclusão ... Um manda ir no setor de internação, chega lá o outro manda voltar no médico , chega no médico ele manda voltar ... Chega novamente no setor de internação disse que era pra está em isolamento e não na área comum ... Uma falta de respeito.
E ainda não me deram o laudo que paguei R$ 2.000.00 reais ... Disse que só depois de 5 dias úteis , pra que ? Pra força um internação com o custo de R$ 5.000,00 a diária .
Dinheiro eu tenho ... Mas a falta de respeito foi tão grande que saímos do estabelecimento.
Nunca mais . Passo nem perto .

Conclusion... One sends you to the hospitalization sector, the other sends you back to the doctor, arrives at the doctor, he sends you back... Arrives again in the hospitalization sector, he said he was supposed to be in isolation and not in the common area.. A lack of respect.
And they still didn't give me the report that I paid R$ 2,000.00 reais... I said that only after 5 working days, why? To force a hospitalization with the cost of R$ 5,000.00 a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui internada durante a noite na CTI e fiquei 3 dias, depois fui para o apartamento de internação e fiquei 2 dias. Alguns técnicos e enfermeiros excelentes, atenciosos, cuidavam de verdade do paciente, mas tinham outros que eram descaso total, mal educados, faziam curativos mal feitos, parece que não queriam trabalhar, não queriam me dar os remédios que eu tomava em casa regularmente no horário que eu tinha que tomar determinado pelo meu médico… tinha que ter sorte por quem seria atendido no dia.
Outro ponto muito negativo do hospital, a limpeza! Em 5 dias de CTI e internação não vi 1 dia se quer uma limpeza dentro do quarto, o máximo que vi foi a troca do lixo e enxugar o banheiro quando eu tomava banho, não passava um álcool se quer e nem a mesinha que eu comia era limpada depois da refeição, eu, doente, que ainda passava um paninho, e era nessa mesma mesinha que os enfermeiros colocavam os instrumentos pra fazer medicação e etc. Eu estava com uma ferida aberta, apavorada de pegar uma bactéria nesse hospital!

Another very negative point of the hospital, the cleanliness! In 5 days of ICU and hospitalization, I didn't see a day if you want a cleaning inside the room, the most I saw was the change of trash and drying the bathroom when I took a shower, I didn't pass an alcohol or the table that I ate it was cleaned after the meal, I, sick, who was still passing a cloth, and it was on this same table that the nurses placed the instruments to make medication and so on. I had an open wound, terrified of catching bacteria in this hospital!
