★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital bom em termos de estrutura, porem o atendimento e péssimo. Fiz uma cirurgia , passei mal a noite toda, não tinha companhia para chamar enfermeiras, minha ajudantes que dormiu comigo ficava correndo nos corredores para chamar a enfermeira mesmo assim elas demoravam muito a chegar. Fiz xixi na cama , me deixaram naquele estado. Outras , enfermeiras mal humoradas, mal educadas, impacientes, grosseiras. Enfim não recomendo . No dia da alta hospitalar, passei mal , ia caindo e vomitar na recepção, a recepcionista disse que eu não podia deitar no sofá da recepção. Nem em pé eu conseguia me manter. Jamais faria outra cirurgia neste hospital.
 Hospital good in terms of structure, but poor service. I had surgery, I was sick all night, I had no company to call nurses, my helpers who slept with me kept running in the corridors to call the nurse yet they took too long to arrive. I peed in bed, left me in that state. Others were grumpy, impolite, impatient, rude nurses. Anyway do not recommend. On the day of hospital discharge, I was sick, I was falling and vomiting in the reception, the receptionist said I could not lie on the sofa in the reception. I couldn't even stand up. I would never have another surgery at this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu, graças a Deus, não tenho o que reclamar quanto ao hospital.
Desde o atendimento rápido na recepção à minha alta hospitalar. Só tenho agradecimentos e elogios. A moça que foi no meu quarto, me buscar de maca para ir pra o Centro cirúrgico, então... nossa!!! Eu a vi e comecei chorar pq nesta hora me bateu medo, nervoso, emoção, ela percebeu meu misto de emoções e começou a brincar e me motivar a ver meu sonho, não somente uma cirurgia. As Enfermeiras, as meninas que levam as refeições... ah: e a alimentação? É bem feitinha! Enfim, Só gratidão pelo cuidado e carinho comigo. Se tiver que fazer algum outro procedimento, Internaria lá novamente, com certeza!

From the quick service at reception to my hospital discharge. I have only thanks and praise. The girl who went to my room to pick me up on a stretcher to go to the operating room, so ... wow !!! I saw her and started crying because at this time it hit me fear, nervous, emotion, she realized my mix of emotions and began to joke and motivate me to see my dream, not just surgery. The nurses, the girls who take the meals ... ah: what about the food? It's very cute! Anyway, Just gratitude for the care and affection with me. If you have to do any other procedure, Internaria there again, for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo! Pedi água para enfermeira e a resposta foi onde está seu acompanhante? A comida vem, mas os talheres não, fui obrigada a aguardar todos os quartos serem servidos para aí sim meus talheres chegarem, nessa altura a comida já estava gelada. Mas o ponto alto foi o sangue no quarto que ficou por 3 horas e 30 aguardando a limpeza, quando reclamei fui informada que teria que ter paciência. Perguntei com quem poderia reclamar e a resposta foi que na saída tem um formulário onde as reclamações podem ser feitas. Imagino que vou ganhar uma diária grátis nesse hospital 5 cruzes.Pedido de desculpas ou um questionamento sobre o ocorrido acho improvável. Fujam. Se necessário tenho a foto do quarto imundo de sangue.
A terrible experience. I do not recommend! I asked for water for a nurse and the answer was where is your companion? The food comes, but the cutlery no, I had to wait for all the rooms to be served before my cutlery arrive, by that time the food was already cold. But the highlight was the blood in the room that stayed for 3 hours and 30 waiting for cleaning, when I complained I was informed that I would have to have patience. I asked who to complain about and the answer was that upon leaving there is a form where complaints can be made. I imagine I will get a free night at this hospital 5 cruzes. Apology or a question about the occurrence I find unlikely. Run away If necessary I have the picture of the bloodstained room.

O APARELHO VELHO DELES ESMAGOU MEUS MÚSCULOS DAS PERNAS E A ENFERMEIRA QUE ERA DA CLÍNICA RESPONSÁVEL POR CUIDAR DISSO, SIMPLESMENTE NÃO VIU QUE O APARELHO APENAS INFLAVA O TEMPO TODO. CORRAM DESSA CLÍNICA. ESTOU ME VIRANDO SOZINHA E SEM AJUDA DO DONO. SIMPLESMENTE NÃO PAGA FISIOTERAPIA, REMÉDIOS, NADAAAAA!!!!!! NAS FOTOS ABAIXO MOSTRO COMO EU ERA E COMO FIQUEI. 4 CICATRIZES NAS PERNAS POR CAUSA DELES.
I WALKED IN AND PERFECT IN THIS ROTTEN CLINIC. LEAVE THERE WITHOUT WALKING AND STRAIGHT TO THE CTI. THEIR OLD DEVICE CRUSHED MY LEGS MUSCLES AND THE NURSE WHO WAS AT THE CLINIC RESPONSIBLE FOR CARE OF IT JUST DIDN'T SEE THAT THE DEVICE JUST INFLATED ALL THE TIME. RUN FROM THIS CLINIC. I'M TURNING ALONE AND WITHOUT HELP FROM THE OWNER. SIMPLY DOES NOT PAY PHYSIOTHERAPY, MEDICATIONS, NOTHING!!!!!! IN THE PHOTOS BELOW I SHOW HOW I WAS AND HOW I WAS. 4 SCARS ON THE LEGS BECAUSE OF THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei bem objetivo. Tinha uma cirurgia marcada, passei lá na véspera para preencher as fichas de admissão e efetuar o pagamento, que pode ser feito no cartão e parcelado, em até 6 x. No dia da cirurgia não precisei perder tempo chegando antes, cheguei no horário, aguardei uns minutos, uma enfermeira veio me acompanhar até o quarto, limpo e arrumado. A anestesista passou no quarto, simpática. Assim como todas as pessoas que falaram comigo, da recepção a enfermagem. Depois que acordei,me foi servido uma refeição leve, gostosinha. Como fui informada no início, a nota fiscal chegou em meu e-mail no dia que sai do hospital. O local é um pouco escondido atrás da Mocellin mas é seguro e fácil acesso.

The anesthetist passed the room, friendly. Just like all the people who spoke to me, from reception to nursing. After I woke up, I was served a light, tasty meal. As I was informed at the outset, the invoice arrived in my email the day I left the hospital. The place is a bit hidden behind Mocellin but is safe and easy to reach.

Essas avaliações não condizem com o local que operei, equipe preparada, infraestrutura muito boa, enfermeiras muito atenciosas.
I was scared when I read the reviews, but my doctor gave me confidence, and I'm glad I didn't give up.
These assessments do not match the place where I operated, prepared team, very good infrastructure, very attentive nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim que chegamos fomos fazer o check-in na recepção e fomos atendindo por uma mulher que na hora deu vontade de desistir. Eu e meu marido ficamos espantados pois ela é arrogante e despreparada no atendimento ao público .agora quando cheguei ao quarto Nossa que diferença todos muitos simpaticos técnicos, enfermeiras nutricionista equipe nota 10 minha cirurgia foi realizada dia 13/05/22 graças a Deus tá tudo bem !
Só acho que ela está ocupando o lugar de uma pessoa que realmente cabe nessa função pq ela não ?
As soon as we arrived we went to check-in at the reception and were attended by a woman who at the time felt like giving up. My husband and I were amazed because she is arrogant and unprepared in dealing with the public. Now when I got to the room Wow what a difference, all the friendly technicians, nurses, nutritionist team, grade 10 my surgery was performed on 05/13/22 thank God everything is ok good !
I just think she's taking the place of a person who really fits in this role because she doesn't ?
