Doutores e doutoras exemplares, se importando com as dĂșvidas dos pacientes e sendo prestativos ao mĂĄximo para ajudar e solucionar questĂ”es.
 Despite the various negative comments, the place proved to be of excellent comfort and service in my view, at least it was the experience I had. Exemplary doctors and doctors, caring for patients' doubts and being as helpful as possible to help and resolve issues.

Exames realizados com muita competĂȘncia pelo mĂ©dico, passou muita confiança e demonstrou conhecimento. Quase nĂŁo fui a essa clĂnica porque li comentĂĄrios negativos no Google, ainda bem que resolvi conferir.
Great! I was attended with courtesy and very quickly at reception, nursing and by the doctor. Exams performed with great competence by the doctor, passed a lot of confidence and demonstrated knowledge. I almost didn't go to that clinic because I read negative reviews on Google, I'm glad I decided to check it out.

Num tempo de tanta irresponsabilidade, de tanta incompetĂȘncia, de âfake newsâ, de denĂșncias apĂłcrifas, gostaria de registrar minha avaliação (que jĂĄ fiz pelo e-mail do IBOL, mas nĂŁo havia espaço para observaçÔes), e pediria, POR FAVOR, que ela chegasse aos mĂ©dicos do IBOL.
Minha oftalmologista Ă© a Dra. Adriana Mendes Grivet.
Antes jĂĄ era paciente do IBOL, mas com outra mĂ©dica. Tinha o plano de saĂșde Bradesco, que Ă© aceito no IBOL.
Esse plano era do meu nĂșcleo familiar de origem. Por questĂ”es que nĂŁo vĂȘm ao caso, fui obrigada a pegar o plano de saĂșde da minha empresa, AMIL Blue 700 nacional quarto particular, que nĂŁo Ă© aceito pelo IBOL.
Mas, logo na minha primeira consulta com a Dra. Adriana Mendes Grivet, quando eu ainda tinha o plano Bradesco, ela me atendeu tão bem, com tanto profissionalismo, de forma tranquila e serena, e me mandou fazer o mapeamento retiniano. Nunca nenhum médico, nem mesmo do IBOL, havia pedido que eu fizesse tal exame.
Resultado: estava com vĂĄrias ruturas em ambas as cĂłrneas. Fiz, no dia seguinte, o laser, no prĂłprio IBOL.
Nos dois anos seguintes, também tive ruturas de córnea, fazendo, igualmente, o laser no IBOL.
Ano passado nĂŁo consegui fazer o mapeamento retiniano, mas farei mĂȘs que vem, dia 10.
O IMPORTANTE Ă DIZER QUE, MESMO NĂO ATENDENDO PELO MEU PLANO DE SAĂDE, MESMO EU MORANDO NA TIJUCA, PAGANDO ALUGUEL (sou do interior e moro sozinha) E NĂO TENDO CARRO, FIZ QUESTĂO, COMO FAĂO, DE, POR TODOS ESSES ANOS, IR AO IBOL BARRA, PAGAR A CONSULTA PARTICULAR, PARA SER ATENDIDA PELA DRA. ADRIANA MENDES GRIVET.

Dear IBOL Owners,
In a time of so much irresponsibility, of so much incompetence, of âfake newsâ, of apocryphal denunciations, I would like to register my assessment (which I have already done via IBOL's e-mail, but there was no space for observations), and I would ask, PLEASE, for her to reach the IBOL doctors.
My ophthalmologist is Dr. Adriana Mendes Grivet.
Before, I was already an IBOL patient, but with another doctor. It had the Bradesco health plan, which is accepted by IBOL.
This plan was from my original family. For reasons that are beside the point, I was forced to take my company's health plan, AMIL Blue 700 national private room, which is not accepted by IBOL.
But, right on my first appointment with Dr. Adriana Mendes Grivet, when I still had the Bradesco plan, she treated me so well, with such professionalism, in a calm and serene manner, and told me to do the retinal mapping. No doctor, not even from the IBOL, had ever asked me to do such an exam.
Result: I had several tears in both corneas. The next day, I did the laser, at IBOL itself.
In the next two years, I also had corneal tears, also doing the laser in IBOL.
Last year I couldn't do the retinal mapping, but I'll do it next month, the 10th.
THE IMPORTANT IS TO SAY THAT EVEN I DON'T MEET MY HEALTH PLAN, EVEN I LIVE IN TIJUCA, PAYING RENT (I'm from the countryside and I live alone) AND I DON'T HAVE A CAR, I MADE A QUESTION, HOW DO I, OF GOING FOR ALL THESE YEARS TO IBOL BARRA, PAY THE PRIVATE CONSULTATION, TO BE ATTENDED BY DR. ADRIANA MENDES GRIVET.
Congratulations for having such a discreet, serious, calm, serene, professional doctor in your staff.

Mas pĂ©ssimo no administrativo, hoje tive mais uma experiĂȘncia negativa relacionada ao tempo de atendimento/consulta, chegamos Ă s 08 hs para 02 consultas, 09h eu e esposa 09h30 mas saĂmos apĂłs as 13hs. Apesar de reclamar do tempo de espera mais de uma vez.
Chegamos às 08 hs pois sabemos da demora de alguns procedimentos e entre eles outros pacientes são atendidos nas nada justifica a punição que tivemos hoje.

But terrible in the administrative area, today I had another negative experience related to the service/consultation time, we arrived at 08:00 am for 02 consultations, 09:00 am, wife and I, 9:30 am but we left after 13:00. Despite complaining about the waiting time more than once.
We arrived at 8 am because we know of the delay of some procedures and among them other patients are seen but nothing justifies the punishment we had today.

â â â â â O problema do lugar Ă© a desorganização da agenda, que faz com que todo mundo espere horas para ser atendido. Isso nĂŁo Ă© normal. No meu caso marquei para 13:30 e saĂ quase 18h. AlĂ©m disso as recepcionistas nĂŁo sabem passar informaçÔes bĂĄsicas, como por exemplo âonde pego o resultado dos meus examesâ, e fica uma perguntando para outra, mais de 5 recepcionistas e nenhuma sabia essa informação bĂĄsica. As pessoas reclamam sobre a questĂŁo do horĂĄrio e da demora hĂĄ anos. NĂŁo entendo porque o IBOL nĂŁo consegue se organizar.
The problem with the place is the disorganized schedule, which makes everyone wait hours to be seen. This is not normal. In my case, I made an appointment for 13:30 and left at almost 18:00. In addition, the receptionists do not know how to pass on basic information, such as âwhere do I get the results of my examsâ, and one asks the other, more than 5 receptionists and none of them knew this basic information. People have complained about the time and delay issue for years. I don't understand why IBOL can't organize itself.

â â â â â Lugar pĂ©ssimo, diz um mapeamento de retina e tive que ir embora sem o resultado apĂłs aguardar mais de UMA HORA PELO LAUDO!! Um verdadeiro absurdo. Quase perdi um compromisso por causa disso. Delathe, chequei a unidade barra quase 30 minutos antes do horĂĄrio marcado justamente porque tinha um compromisso apos o evame. Fui atendido no horĂĄrio marcado, porĂ©m tive que ir embora sem o laudo. E agora Ibol? Vcs vĂŁo mandar entregar o meu laudo em casa? Aguardando a manifestação de vcs!!
Terrible place, says a retinal mapping and I had to leave without the result after waiting more than ONE HOUR FOR THE REPORT!! A real absurdity. I almost missed an appointment because of it. Delathe, I checked the bar unit almost 30 minutes before the scheduled time precisely because I had an appointment after evame. I was seen at the appointed time, but I had to leave without the report. And now Ibol? Will you have my report delivered to my home? Waiting for your manifestation!!
