★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por algumas pessoas da portaria, é péssimo, descaso com todas as pessoas que estão precisando de ajuda, elas ficam falando no celular e as pessoas pra serem atendidos ficam lá igual besta esperando. As assistente social são péssimas, os médicos só atendem qdo querem. Descaso total com as pessoas que precisam.
 The service by some people of the concierge, is terrible, neglect with all the people who need help, they keep talking on the cell phone and the people to be attended are just like beast waiting. The social workers are terrible, doctors only answer when they want. Total disregard for the people in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da parte dos enfermeiros a assistênte social não tenho do que reclamar, mais sobre as internações quando uma pessoa realmente precisa eles dão alta, fiquei quatro dias esperando vaga pro psiquiatra dizer que a paciente está bem, e a própria paciente pedindo ajuda...
Precisa melhorar muito os médicos, não ajudou em merda nenhuma
I have nothing to complain about from nurses, social workers, more about hospitalizations when a person really needs them, they are discharged, I spent four days waiting for a psychiatrist to say that the patient is fine, and the patient herself asking for help. .
The doctors need to improve a lot, it didn't help at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um ótimo hospital,atendimento bom mas algumas enfermeiras infelizmente está na profissão errada,quero destacar o péssimo atendimento da enfermeira Talita. Pude presenciar(18/10/19) o mal humor,grosseria e xingamentos com os pacientes da ala A (convênio e particular)Esse tipo de gente não sabe lidar com pacientes doentes que está ali pra se tratar e tentar ter uma vida normal.Xingar,humilhar e estressar o paciente não ajuda em nada no tratamento.A família paga caro pra seu familiar ter um bom tratamento e muitas vezes nem sabe o que acontece. Eu estive como acompanhante e pude ver pessoalmente.Quero desatacar tbem o ótimo atendimento das outras enfermeiras,muito atenciosas mas essa Talita não serve pra estar ali.Nem com acompanhante ela tem educação.
Não aceito ver uma pessoa doente ser maltratada por um ser desse!!!
Não sei se falta treinamento ou uma avaliação melhor na hora de contratar esses "profissionais"

It is a great hospital, good service but some nurses unfortunately is in the wrong profession, I want to highlight the poor care of nurse Talita. I was able to witness (18/10/19) the bad mood, rudeness and insults with patients in ward A (covenant and private) These people do not know how to deal with sick patients who are there to treat and try to have a normal life. Cursing, humiliating and stressing the patient does not help at all in the treatment. The family pays dear to their family to have a good treatment and often does not even know what happens. I was as an escort and could see in person. I want to untie also the great care of other nurses, very attentive but this Talita is not meant to be there. Neither with escort she has education.
I do not accept to see a sick person being abused by such a being !!!
I don't know if there is a lack of training or a better evaluation when hiring these "professionals"
The rest I have nothing to complain about

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pedir informações e falei com a atendente Jacira....super grossa sem paciência praticamente desligou o telefone na minha cara....não liguei para bater papo Liguei porque precisava de informação...Deus tenha misericórdia de quem precisava de atendimento público.
I called to ask for information and spoke to the attendant Jacira....super rude, no patience, practically hung up the phone on my face....I didn't call to chat I called because I needed information...God have mercy on those who needed assistance public.

Apenas o que deixa a desejar a questão do atendimento pelo telefone,vc liga colocam na secretaria automática e vc fica horas e não consegue informações .isso precisa rever.
Congratulations to all employees, excellent service, excellent doctors, may God continue this professionalism.
Only what is lacking is the question of telephone service, you call, they put it in the automatic secretariat and you spend hours and can't get information. This needs to be reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de várias crises psicológicas de pânico e surto de ordem emocional e inclusive dois desmaios fui encaminhado para esse local e confesso que foi uma experiência terrível. A estrutura física do local é péssima. Com poucos quartos e várias camas. Alguns funcionários te tratam bem e outros não. Outro problema foi que depois da alta nem ambulância tinha pra me levar pra casa. Ou seja um verdade horror. Tive que voltar a pé ainda tonto e correndo riscos de desmaiar na rua. Um verdadeiro horror!
After several psychological panic attacks and emotional outbreaks and even two fainting spells I was sent to this place and I confess that it was a terrible experience. The physical structure of the place is terrible. With few rooms and several beds. Some employees treat you well and some don't. Another problem was that after discharge, there was not even an ambulance to take me home. In other words, a real horror. I had to walk back, still dizzy and at risk of fainting on the street. A real horror!
