★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu caso eu fui muito bem atendido. A estrutura do local é muito bonita e moderna. Fui bem tratado na recepção e sendo guiado para onde deveria realizar meu exame. E dentro da sala fui muito bem tratado e foi até bem simples e rápido. O único ponto negativo seria a demora na sala de espera, mas nada grave.
In my case I was very well attended. The structure of the place is very beautiful and modern. I was treated well at the reception and being guided to where I should take my exam. And inside the room I was very well treated and it was very simple and quick. The only downside would be the delay in the waiting room, but nothing serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência muito agradável lá. O médico pediu exame de colonoscopia. Eu fiz todo o preparo e dieta. Tomei laxante. Fiquei de jejum e no dia do exame não pude fazer por estar sem acompanhante. Fiquei super mal pois não fui orientado direito na ubs e nem recebi nenhuma orientação de que era obrigatório um acompanhante. Mas felizmente a gerente conseguiu marcar para a semana seguinte e como sou sozinho no mundo ela entrou em contato com o pessoal da ambulância de rua que me acompanharam. Mesmo assim com todos os desconfortos e sofrimento passados não poderia dar mais de uma estrela. Foi uma experiência terrivelmente desagradável e infeliz.
I didn't have a very pleasant experience there. The doctor ordered a colonoscopy. I did all the prep and diet. I took a laxative. I fasted and on the day of the exam I couldn't do it because I was without a companion. I felt really bad because I wasn't properly oriented at ubs and I didn't even receive any guidance that a companion was mandatory. But luckily the manager managed to make an appointment for the following week and as I am alone in the world she got in touch with the street ambulance people who accompanied me. Even so, with all the discomforts and suffering in the past, I couldn't give it more than one star. It was a terribly unpleasant and unhappy experience.
